It should last at least 2-3 months depending on the length of the growth cycle of your lashes but typical growth cycles are approximately 2 to 3 months
I had a lash lift done professionally - 2 times it was beautiful. Then I went to a new place and they used a piece that was too tight/small for my lashes and it curled almost into a complete loop, and maybe they left solution too long. It nearly destroyed my lashes. They looked like sponge bob and then after they were damaged/fried looking. I still have bare patches in my lashes where the hair never grew back. I would love to do this again but I’m scared. Just be careful if done wrong you can do permanent damage to the hair follicle
It's been a year since you asked but thought I'd answer for those still wanting to know. A typical growth cycle for lashes are approximately 2-3 months so the lift should last that long if done correctly.
I can't find any diy lash lift videos where the lashes aren't messed up on the outer edge. See how her outer lashes are all bent and folding into her crease? How do we avoid that
The lash kits only need to be used once every 3 weeks so you probably get 3-4 uses out of them. The cleansing liquid runs out after use 2 but use can simply use micellar water with a q tip to remove the solution.
Wipe the first solution off with a clean, dry qtip, just be careful not to pull any lashes off the rod and if you do, just apply more glue and re stick them back to the rod and continue with step 2
@@isabeldelvalle7925honestly the directions suck and I’ve learned more from watching tutorials and now I’ve done it so many times I just know what works best and have figured things out
just got my lashes lifted for the first time but it feels so weird, she didnt use any type of curl so its going straight upward and touching my eyelids which is driving me insane
I bought a kit from Amazon too. I was just on Temu and they have this exact kit, t Libeauty brand. However, Libeauty sells it for nearly . for $20+- differe in the price.
DON’T BUY. I bought the kit because i always thought her lashes look beautiful, and it would be a good way to save money from normally getting my lashes professionally done, right? I did it last night, and the glue does not work. No matter what i did, it wouldn’t stick to my eyelid, which is arguably the most important step, because it sets up how your lashes will turn out. Not only that, but I lost quite a few eyelashes, and I have never experienced so much pain in my eyes. I have gotten them professionally done, but that pain was no where near to this. Anyway, it’s the next day and one of my eyes turned out decent (after almost 3 hours of trying to get it to stick) and both of my eyes are super swollen and very painful when I touch them… It looks like I cried myself to sleep 😭 Trust me, you’re better off paying to get a better kit, getting them professionally done, or simply curling your own eyelashes every day!
Omg I’m so sorry this happened! It looks like you might have an allergy to one of the ingredients; which is super fair bc god knows what is even in this stuff lol. I’m always too lazy to do a patch test but this has me reconsidering 😳
@@anastasiab4391 thank you, and yes that is possible, but if you read the reviews on amazon (which i should’ve done before 😹) then everyone had the same experience with the product unfortunately. also i have gotten my lashes professionally done before and nothing like this happened
She did a great job and her lashes are beautiful BUT I don’t recommend lash lifts especially at home lash lifts - sooo many things can go wrong in my experience such as: over curling lashes, accidentally perming the tips, lashes growing back uneven, lashes being brittle, not being able to do eyeshadow or liner because the lashes are curled and covering the lid Honestly not worth it
This kit really messed up my lashes and I followed the directions perfectly, I don’t think they have good pads for people with small lids but long lashes
Do you have to be careful with lash perms? In the shower, taking off mascara, rubbing your eyes, sleeping… or does it just stay permed? Such an easy to follow video thank you!
Because the tips of your lashes are always thinner! It could burn them 😰and 2. the lashes would overcurl and they wouldn’t look good 🫠 professional lashartist speaking, my English isn’t that good, so I hope I explained right and my comment is waaay late, but hope this still helps 😂🥰
They don't look that much different then the before! Because you had just done them recently? Do you use Latisse or something similar. They were already good so that's why there's not much of a difference. Maybe wait until they're straight again.
Clear instructions. Beautiful eyelashes. Clear shot of the brand and everything. Its a yes from me🎉🎉
Same! Xx
The clearest instructions of this process I have found yet. Thank you.
Those are all you 🥹😭
Girl you could use hairbrush on them lashes they are so long and beautiful 😭💕
Right!🤣
Wow, by far the most straightforward lash lift instruction video I’ve seen. Thank you so much!
Great tip to start by curling your lashes first. Thank you!
You don’t want any skin to be visible in between the lashes and rod! Stick rod on by the outer corner first, then the middle then inside.
Can you tell me more. New at this.
TY for this! I just used this kit. Loved it! They upgraded the lash guard thing to self adhesive. Works like a dream!

Can you post a link to the exact product. Also, how do you keep the chemicals from going into your eyes?

Me too
I got this kit and I naturally have thick coarse hair, and I burned my lashes leaving them only on for 6 minutes
Yikes! Did they burn off or what happened?
@@ShortGirlsClimbCounters They just got really frizzy and harder to work with!
Coarse hair is usually dryer and more prone to damage by chemicals!
How long do they last?? I just bought one!
Love it❤
Do you know if I can use LATISSE with lash lift? Your lashes are 🔥
Looks good but wow that's a lot of work!
That’s cool, I was wondering if it was easier if you curl your lashes before putting the pad on it
You have such long lashes! How?
The skin around your eye was super red at the end. Did it burn or was that an allergic reaction?

I think her choice of lash length is too short. Maybe she should use the L or M2.
I think it's because her lashes are so beautiful and long. But you can always use a bigger rod to make the inside lashes not as curled.
Any tips on how to get the rod to stay flat on your eyelid?
Will curling eyelashes first help them stick to the rod? I'm having trouble with how weak the adhesive is..

No matter what, best case scenario it's still a perm for your eyelashes. And depending on your standard can't ever really be considered "safe"
