I agree with your ranking Daniel👍🏾 I too have both the CSR and CS-Platinum. Actually, I think they complement each other very well. The VX is a portal only card. Combined with Cap1's lackluster customer svc, it's simply a no go for me.

You can't compare the three because they are on different tiers. Chase sapphire and venture card is more similar to Gold Amex card than platinum.
