So here is the new entry level car to the whole AMG family, the AMG A35 4matic, here in Edition 1 Guise! It’s now the first car of the AMG family, and the cheapest AMG money can buy: but don’t underestimate it with that in mind, because this may have more true AMG DNA than any other non-63 flagship thus far!
Back in 2012 AMG released the A45, and I was more than sceptical, as were most of you. It ended up being one of the most raw and fun AMGs you could have, irrespective of price. So history says, don’t second guess AMG when they are excited about a hot hatch!
Looking at this, you immediately feel it looks very similar to the current A45. And it really does look similar doesn’t it?! An updated version of it. And the similarities are MORE than skin deep, as you’ll see in the review.

this is actually one of the worst reviews on youtube. he is stood there talking shit for most of it going back to 2 second shots of the show. there are a fuckton of good car reviewers a million times better than this

Straight up. States facts, great edit, good camera, well presented and gives personal opinion for what its worth. Im sixk of these other pricks food vlogging and doin other bs. Only people interested in watching that have no lives of their own and are surely depressed. Starring at a blank wall is more meaningful than the content they push out.
This is easily one of the best car videos I have ever seen. Calm and composed, incredibly detailed, and beautiful editing. Loved seeing the different colours, options and speculative renders. Liked and subscribed before I even finished watching. Keep up the great work!

Something soothing about your voice. Kinda enjoy that you are NOT screaming in excitement or be so wow dazzled by whatever XYZ car. You know what you love but you dare to criticize it too objectively. No car is abosolutely perfect and there is always many fault in all.

@@RemoveBeforeRace ops I meant to say you are Not automatically wow dazzled by all cars, I forgot to type in the "not" part haha. I don't think you are necessarily unobjective when it comes to AMGs, you do sound a little more excited than the other cars though.
@@RemoveBeforeRace I also do hope you have a very organized section in each review to talk specifically about the negatives in the cars as well as recapping the positives. And maybe even underbody shots when talking about mechanical parts (kind of like savage geese but shorter, I don't think you're fan base is as technical as his to sit through 30 minutes)

The aggressive styling tapers off from front to back. It's like they remember at the end 'oh shit this is an AMG' and just stuck the massive wing on.

I think the wing really suits the car. It’s still a 155mph sub 5 second to 60 car. It’s a quick everyday road car, with a fantastic interior. I would absolutely love one and just waiting for the pricing to come along!!

I don't like the rear of the standard A-class, but it's the best part of this car.
The lease on my C-class is ending at the start of next year, and this car is super compelling.

I kinda get the idea that the A45 will be quite a bit more expensive then the A35. If it will really have all that extra technology, with an all new AMG engine.. Usually I was expecting the prices to be similar to the S3 and RS3 from audi as they are in the same segment of performance etc. So up here that would be around €46k for the A35 and around €56k for the A45. But hearing about all that extra technology and the A35 already being on the current A45’s level, well besides the speed on itself with more than 70hp less. So it kinda makes me think the A45 could actually start getting close to €60k or maybe even more. But for a base price that is quite a lot, even for having all that performance and technolgy. You know you won’t take a car like this without any of the cool options. But adding all that stuff bumps up the price to probably easily over €70k. At that point you enter the base price of the C43 up here. Well yes it’s the entry level amg for the C-class, but it has 367hp and it’s a C-class not a quite noticeable cheaper A-class. Unless you are just that rich and don’t care what it costs, it makes me think if you really want to spend that much on an A-class even though it’s a beast. You have a lot of other options with that much money. I mean if it wasn’t for the power you can have a heavily equiped, of course with one of the lower engines, E-class. I know it’s a completely different segment. But it would be weird knowing I could have had a very luxureous car instead of a small hatchback ,with beast mode, but still xD

Apart from the content , which is always great on your chanel and one can get tons of informations that wont find any other place, especially on driveing feelings, but here with those changin colors and bodykits - just amazing. Keep doing it please, I know its very hard work but you cant find it in any other chanel acros the world , its masive step to see a reviev when you can see different specifications of the same car fe I didnt like the appearance of this a35 in this particular collor which is shown on every other review but when you changed the collor and rims and took off the champain bages it completely changed everything. Thank you for that.

Extremely well presented with all little details no one else talks about, everyone go and pretends its their life style and uses go pros which I hate when they do selfie like video with it. Didn't even start the car and I wanted more information 😁, its nice doing 0/100 but rather boring when you know everyone else is doing the same. Keep up the awesome work.
That editing is so cool
I was wondering how these videos are done. This what I noticed.
First start with the cars. Obviously the cars aren't really there, but to be able to compare and show them the way he does you need to have pictures from all those cars at the exact same angle and distance and height etc for it to not look distorted. Also every car has the tree reflected on it, which is just layerd in I guess but done very well.
Second, the hedge background is a video greenscreened in, cause you can see movement through it sometimes. It's greenscreen because you can see some distortion around his hair and upper body. But the ground with the leaves is really there, you can see him kicking around the leaves sometimes. And the lightmg on the leaves and even on him looks very natural, like is really outside.
I'm I close or that anyone else notice something or does someone actually know how it's made? Tell me

Love the content! Just for future reference, dont pan with the camera, take a high quality pic and pan in post production to avoid the shuddering while moving the camera, (or perhaps a different camera?)

Edition 1 comes with electric memory seats but no pan roof? On A-Class currently you can only get electric memory seats as part of the premium plus pack. I wonder if they are making electric memory sears a stand alone option as they have in facelift C-Class?
