MOM OF 8 WEEKLY MEAL PREP ~ GRAB & GO Loaded Omelette Biscuits

- Ingredients:
6 tubes of Pillsberry grands, jumbo biscuits
3 dozen eggs slightly scrambled
1 pound of bacon, cut in pieces
3 pounds of ground pork
4 cups of diced cheese, or shredded cheddar cheese
Parchment paper
Directions:
1. Prepare the bacon and pork and cook it into a sauce pan until completely cooked through. If you wanna drain the juice you can I just used a slotted spoon and pulled my meat out without the juices.
2. Place the biscuits on a couple cookie sheets and bake according to the packaging directions.
3. Scramble your eggs and pour into a greased cookie sheet, sprinkle with cheese and the meat mixture. Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes making sure to check on it often.
4. Spread out the parchment paper then place a biscuit, layer with the loaded omelette, plays the top on, and wrap it in parchment paper.
This is so easy to do especially if you have a family like mine. It's always on the go. They can throw it in the microwave for about 30 seconds and eat on the way to school or work.

One time I watched Family Feud. And one question was. If you're in another room. What can you absolutely know what's cooking. I said Bacon. Bacon was NOT up there at all. That still to the day drives me crazy for it not being the number one answer... 😂 😅 😂

Hey Heather, I have searched for the candy cane cookie recipe. Can’t find it anywhere. Sent an Instagram msg telling you I couldn’t find. So very sorry.
Best I remember we used regular sugar cookie dough. Half it. One half colored with no taste red GEL food coloring. That is important bc it doesn’t water it down. Plus you need the “no taste”.
In the red half I put only 1-2 drops of peppermint oil.
Made sure dough stayed as cold as possible throughout. That meant throwing back in fridge during some steps.
My kid decided he no longer wants the peppermint in them so I just do food coloring now.
If you need a basic sugar cookie that tastes good, holds its shape, let me know.

I cook just for myself and I often purchase the " ends" of cheeses and meats fron the store delis. Great way to try new cheeses and still save money.
I like the idea of a quick and easy breakfast for folks on the go. I see what others are saying, it is a little protein heavy but it is a breakfast that keeps people full for hours. Personally I would need to add some Veg [ Peppers, Zucchini, Onion ] and do sausage or bacon not both, But, that's me. I am enjoying your videos

So, these are breakfast sandwiches. Going by the title of Loaded Omelette Biscuits, I thought it was going to be more of a breakfast bomb situation.
