Such masterful acting by all of our heroes.

If you are a superhero movie normies maybe. It was a reference to an old movie which stared one of the most underrated hero ever : Morbius. His dialogue Its morbin time is the highlight of the movie and perhaps the cinema in general. That was a homage to that. Homelander knows his roots. Good on him for referencing something underrated.

The climax of the fight scene that followed was heartwrenching... When Homelander was flying slightly higher than Stormfront and he said "It's over Stormfront, I have the high ground!" And Stormfront looked up at him, rage boiling in her eyes and said "You underestimate my power!" And then Storefront tries to fly over Homelander to shock him in half but Homelander sees it coming and using his defensive technique, laser eyed Stormfront in half.... At that point he knew their relationship was finally over.. The entire cinema was wailing.....

I love the part where Homelander stops that milk truck from careening off a cliff and the driver is so thankful he lets Homelander drink all of it. We really needed that extra 30 minutes of screentime to soak in just how much milk Homelander can consume. What an icon.

When black noir said "....." I felt so inspired
This movie ran for 9 hours. Every second felt absolutely amazing. The moment where Homelander says that perhaps even the seven combined isn't strong enough, and brings in the eighth member... Well let's just say there were screams of joy throughout the theatre as Morbius came onto screen, and made out intensely with The Deep. Truly, a cinematic experience that will not be forgotten quickly. And then after the premiere Homelander signed my autograph and took my mum to "meet the producer." It must have been an amazing experience because she still hasn't talked about it! Truly one of the best nights of my life.

When Homelander's son appeared and shouted "you're wrong, nothing is stronger than family" right after Stormfront told them it's stormin' time I almost cried. It's the perfect example of how beautiful true cinema is. I also really enjoyed the Vin Diesel cameo, he's my favorite actor of all time. These actors are truly legends of the game!
