  • Ever wanted to know the difference between the Zero 10X, Black Edition 10X, and the Bexly 10X models? iScoot takes apart these three scooters, side by side from unboxing, discussing external features to lifting the deck!
We discuss and compare the external parts:
    Brakes
    Throttle
    Handlebar Grips
    Key Security
    Eco/Turbo Mode
    The Stem
    Dual Clamps
    Suspension
    Tyres
    Hubs
We then move on to a speed test using unlocked or 'Off-Road Mode' to see which e-scooter is the fastest.
Finally, we lift the decks on all three models to check out the batteries and motor controllers.

    Great video,
Can we pls confirm one thing .
Is the 10x black edition a total different brand and manufacturer as the zero 10x? As far to say as a copy?

I have a feeling that Bexley has gotten into the programming side of things on their ESC’s, they can quite easily increase phase amps or change the way the entire esc drives the motor. Modified Sine vs FOC vs Square Wave (Square wave has more torque but less top speed and is ancient)
Something to watch for is making sure the same options are chosen on the displays, I noticed the Bexley had all thee indicator lights for PAS, LAUNCH and Whatever the other option is, whereas the Black Zero only had two of them on.
These do all come from Titan Group so seeing identical bits isn’t much of a surprise, do you guys have access to esc programming software yet?
A measurement for torque out (when the wheel refuses to spin because it’s got too large a load on it) would definitely not go astray, it gives a great idea of how much power it’s actually capable of throwing down from a standing start.
    Nice video!!

You must remember that spread is unloaded. With different body stiles you will get lower speeds.

Now there's Zero 10X Limited too, which goes 80km/h+ but that's way too much... i think 60km/h is more than enough for most. Even 50km/h on that slim board makes you sweat....

  • @basincut100

Totally unscientific comparison I’m afraid. Batteries were all different charge states whereas they must all be at 100% for a fair comparison. In addition the P settings must also all be set to identical power outputs and zero start should also be set for all three scooters so you don’t need to stuff around trying to manually spin wheels. Also the old style wheels on the Bexly have the huge disadvantage of not having split rims like the other two have. Finally my Zero 10X easily spins up to 73km/h when off the ground. I’d like you to do this test again with a fair comparison this time.

Also if you are going to ride at speed on the 10x a steering dampener and an additional stem clamp are now available.
