11pm CDT. Enjoyed your video. As a newer player with short stubby fingers, I too went through multiple instruments. I prefer my Yamaha FSX800CE and my Martin Dreadnought Jr. You play and sing well. I'm encouraged!

I picked up an AF30 that had been dropped. The owner said it was ruined and was on his way to throw it away. I looked at it and tried to convince him it could be fixed (clean separation at the seams). He didn't believe me, so I offered to buy it rather than him throwing it in the trash.
He regrets only asking $50 for it now. It's a great guitar that now sits in my collection next to my Yairi GYM .
I'll stack your guitars up against any other brand with confidence.

I have a 2014 ADR70 , a 2012 AP70 , a 2022 mf60om , and a 2008 AJ60s , The 2008 is so different than the other artists . The top is solid spruce and the sides and backs are flame maple veneer , beautiful gloss finish on everything . This guitar plays beautiful and has a very unique tone . Not as loud as you would expect , and more pronounced highs , seems a little more compressed than the others . Why is it so different ? Plus I have to give a plug to my Artist series baritone ukulele , love it ! Would appreciate the changes in Alvarez from 2008 to my 2022 masterworks ?

I was introduced to the Artist series in November 2013 with the AP710SB, a cosmetic variation of the AP70 parlor guitar. At the Guitar Center in Columbus Ohio looking for a small body guitar. Picked it up played in a small quiet corner and fell in love with it. 9 years later I have 13 Artist series guitars and love each one. Amazing tone and character to each one, each with an individual soul and voice. I’ve added a couple Masterworks as well, but the Artists are always my favorites to pick up.🤘

I purchased the Avlarez AG60-8CESHB Grand Aud Acoustic Electric 8-String Guitar, Shadowburst. Beautiful but had 3 small cracks in the neck, so I sent it back.

Cracks in the neck are never great, and also should never happen, unfortunately shipping can get a bit rowdy these days. Happy to help sort any issue out in future Pete, our 8-strings are incredibly fun to play.

@@AlvarezGuitarsOfficial I agree about the shipping, however these cracks appeared to be defects. I wish I could send in photos. Two of them are right at the fret in the binding (could be surface cracks). I'm tempted to order another one, but I'm afraid that the same thing could happen (if it is indeed a defect). I could post the photo on your facebook page, but I don't want to draw unwanted attention to it.

Just bought an AD30 after reading all the reviews and watching CZcams videos. Was on a special and came with a high quality padded Alvarez bag. I spent an hour banging out beautiful sounding chords and am looking forward to recording with it.
Tossed up between Yamaha FG800 and Fender CD60S but the Alvarez won me over😀🪕🎸

@@AlvarezGuitarsOfficial Does the AD30 have Jin Ho tuners fitted? I have other guitars with them and the shape of the base with the screw mounts looks the same.
