  • A simple and easy to follow video recipe. This special blue and purple drink is called Nam Dok Anchan in Thai. Butterfly Pea flower iced tea is a unique hot summer’s day iced drink that always generates surprise and vanishes thirst. For years frequently enjoyed after my Thai cooking class garden tour, this drink has become a signature of my school. So many people after class have written asking for my recipe and prompted me to make a demonstration video.

My husband and I started drinking this tea once a day. The first day we noticed we were very alert throughout the day. No brain fog. It helped suppress our appetite. We did not crave sweets as we normally did before. That was just in a week of drinking it.
