@@Afsanascookingchannel I get sooo many arguments from folks but if you speak to the old traditional "potjiekos" makers they will tell it is an art and part of the art is not to stir. I have done some competitions as well and one of the factors that judges watch is the stirring part. We all learn and peradventure you should try it without stirring some time. So this is not truly a "Potjie" but more a stew cooked in a "Potjiekos Pot" because you stir ... "Potjie" means no stirring until it is done.
Technically yes, but limited stirring so as to not break up the meat
