No it doesnt. But its always a good idea to test an inconspicuous spot just to make sure your paint will be ok.

No but you may want to do a small test on a piece of wall before doing a large one just to be sure.
What happens of you can not get the vinyl backing off?
It means you cut too deep and you need to try a different setting for your cuts.
Hi my walls are bumpy so will this vinyl work? or would i have to sand the wall in the areas i want to apply the vinyl?
If your walls are textured lightly it should be fine but if they are extremely texture it will not stick
Beautiful! I have the maker but it always gives me a warning signal that my image is too large it only lets me cut on 12x12 mat and doesn’t let me go beyond the canvas! I can’t even change my material settings after i click make it for other projects. HELPPPPP PLEASE
you can only cut designs that are 11.5x23.5 at the largest likely you have something larger than those measurements

@@mabouch3823 you can cut longer on the maker 3 but the maker can only cut as long as 23.5 no longer and no wider than 11.5

Yep! A tennis ball is a great option
What do you do with the leftover vinyl that was not cut?
You either trim it off and use it later for another project or throw it out

Can I use 12"x12" vinyl to make a wall decal that is longer than 12"? How would I go about doing this? I don't want to spend the money right now on the 24" mat, and I don't have a piece of 24" removeable vinyl.
Just slice your design to fit the 12x12 sheets then piece it together on the wall

@@angelacamacho4072 it’s on a very small wall next to a window above one of my cat litter boxes :) that’s why you don’t see like a living room around it.
Can you please tell me what the exact setting numbers are for the removeable vinyl. I don't have "matte" nor "removeable" vinyl as a settings option on my explore air and have been searching and can't find it.
You set your dial to custom then choose the settings like I do on the screen

I'm so confused. Why do you want cat hair and fluff on the transfer paper?
To make it less sticky. It allows the vinyl to attach less to the transfer tape so it can stick easier to the wall. The stuff on the transfer tape doesn’t stick to the vinyl or the wall
