I would be mortified if my son was involved in anything like this. He is 11, I bring him up to respect women.
Same, my son is 11 and he knows all about the experiences i had as a young teenage girl and I've drummed into his head that the world doesn't owe him anything, as sadly i fear this generation seem to think it does

It's a mountain of an issue nobody will be able to fix but if we all try to teach our children everything and address issues as they arise the world should get better. I think I can explain that but it's a... loose explanation. Well two of them. Simply put Eric may have changed the settings on any posts that involved Mason's family to prevent him seeing them after the spiking. Or Mason had taken a break when the Maxine incidents happened. Those images of Ella and Leah were likely uploaded days apart from Erics photos/videos or Masons photos were on a different website altogether

Like years ago when Glenn had shot Farahs girlfriend and the gun was tossed into the pond, the gun was never mentioned again. And that's nonsense because in storyline that means there's a gun with ammo (badly damaged mind you) in the village that no one in the show knows about right now. That's weird. Or Bobbies box that Silas gave him over a year ago. What Mercedes and Goldie never discovered it? Nor did Silas even mention it. Illogical all around. I don't care if Honour's a psychologist, Mason needs all the professional help he can get to sort his head out, he's doing the right thing by telling the truth but this is the only way for him to redeem himself, not for them to keep it within the family cuz how does that make anything better? I think that's what will happen if Mason goes to the police, they might organize some counseling or suggests that he does some sort of course about the internet or something instead of prison bcuz that's what they did for Imran a few years ago when his anger got out of control, he didn't go to prison he did a course on anger and stuff so it wouldn't hurt Mason to give it a go🤷🏻♀️

Mason reality check about the situation. But I think his sister was being a little harsh on him. As this action is the result bullying by Charlie, Demarcus, Leah, Ella, they are bullied him in some way shape or form. Yes what he did is terrible but Mason didnt choose this he was groomed by Eric and pushed further by bullying and isolation. His family didn’t even notice his behaviour and look at the dysfunctional elements plays a role. All of this could have been avoided if he was treated nicely by other people and his family talking notice of him

He may not have actively been involved in the siege but he uploaded those pictures, knew about Lizzie getting spiked and he sent those nasty message to DeMarcus. Mason was terrified of Eric, right from the get-go and was led to believe Eric cared about him, that’s grooming for you. They take advantage of your well being, your actions, your way of thinking, your power, your life! They completely brainwash you into thinking what they’re doing is justiciable or right for society. There are plenty of young youths out there right now as we know it, being groomed, they’re basically in danger.

This is what happens when you hang out with the wrong people. Eric is messed up and probably the most immature character that I've come across throughout the whole soap. Mason is just as bad as him. I hope they get life in jail.
