Prepared today itself and enjoyed and forgot to add bulk of water before adding the tomato puri so had to eat little bit dry Morengo sabji as water could not be added to maintain the taste..But it was found tasty and not a single one fally was found sour as the outer wires/covers were cleaned properly.
Most of the sahjan, even though you've peeled some of it, is to be sucked at to draw out the inner flesh as the fiber is too tough to chew and swallow, or does it become soft with so much boiling?
