Generally ye panjiri Punjab mein dudh se hi banti hai , per meri bache ko bhi usse allergy hai to , mein Oats milk ya soya milk use kerti hun . Agar aapko V - soya India mein mile to wo best hoga . It comes generally in glass bottles .
