This is so weird to me, but I didn’t like this. I’m a huge Vigil fan, but this didn’t grab me and I don’t know why. Everything looks great, but I didn’t get the wow feeling. So weird!

I honestly don’t understand how far Virgil has come and not been taught how to properly tailor/construct, i understand his asymmetrical perspective and approach but it’s still should be maneuverable and practical for modern day wear yet aside from this it’s for sure one of his better collections and it makes me wonder why Gucci didn’t have him be their creative director, he fits the mold much better than he does at LV

Just some thoughts that came to mind watching this show. Having said that, just because you add a long train does not make a gown. Lol, I still don't get or understand Off White at all, and adding supermodels from yrs ago ( which I did enjoy seeing back on the runway) make a collection

A.R Rucker I feel like people liking off-white do it because of Virgil‘s persona and not for his designs.
Virgil went to thrift stores bought couple of clothes...cut some of the pieces & mixed it up...directly off to the runway to make himself look like he's actually a valuable designer and his designs are worth all the hype he Hired famous models made us focus on who's wearing the pieces instead of shouting what the heck is thaaaaaaat ??!!!!! The only positive remark on his show is that he actually made the models work for their big check lol
sure some of the pieces are lazy and uninspired but he must be doing something right to be the men's director for Louis Vuitton.

This collection is slightly gimmicky... slightly ... right.. however... for the first time in a long time-- I like it. It was subtle, yet striking with a splash of ... flash. The white ball gown things and tacky $2 earrings and Christmas ornaments earrings are a no- no. But Alex Wek Carolyn Murphy, Yolanda and a few other more mature models looked amaze balls. Good Job Virgil

The people who disliked are jealous they don’t have the outfits
To me it‘s just a cheap approach of wanting to do something creative by fusing haute couture and street style but it‘s not done in a sophisticated way. Also I think it‘s just a mixture of ss19 and ss20 with the neon sporty clothes and the holes. I just feel like many items are also just bad copies from other brands e.g. jacquemus and they aren‘t distinctive at all. And to me, the holes also just come off as something he wanted to do to have a special twist but it simply doesn‘t work.

We’re getting there. Cow print in the era of veganism is a bold choice. I see you reaching for that Jac moose customer ( I hate the brand name, so I misspelled it. ) weakly. Editorial pieces need a touch more finesse, but the stills will be wonderful. Tailoring worked , but some pieces felt too off the rack in combination (halters). Would have liked to have seen some interesting dye work on the tulle as you are constantly playing with the idea of basic sportswear and formal wear. Go hard. It’s time.
