Congrats on 100 subscribers and great list! I liked how diverse it was. The Phantom Shadows (green ghosts) and Spooky Space Kook are my top 2 favourites. I haven't worked out my top five yet.
Here are my top Scooby-Doo villains: 1)the 10,000 volt ghost. I just love the concept, the way he looks, and the fact that he got into a live action SD film. 2)Dr. Coffin aka the Mad Doctor. I love the name for the double word play[coffin and coughing], his look, laugh, but for me, the topper, his backstory about how he has come back from the dead to finish his brainwave experiments. 3)Gator Ghoul. Others I like include: the Ice Cream Phantoms, the Wax Phantom, the Jaguaro, Gramps the Vamp, the Steamin Demon of Seattle(the part where the gang goes to find the guy but he's gone and the Demon has wrote on the wall: "He is ours. You'll never see him again." That is outright dark and creepy. Can you imagine coming home to that? I also like the Mantis, the Moon Monster, the Beast of Bottomless Lake. Sorry that nearly all of these come from the Scooby-Doo Show, but that's the version I like best and grew up with. I personally feel that is where they started to get fairly creative with some of the concepts and backstory for some of the villains. Btw, shout out to Scooby-Dum. I always liked that character, and always will
My top 15 monsters are: 1. Ghost Of Captain Cutler 2. Ghost Clown 3. Charlie, the Haunted Robot 4. Gator Ghoul 5. Phantom Puppeteer 6. Nightghoul From The Wonderland 7. Ghost Of Zen Tuo and Scare Pair 8. Phantom Shadows 9. Rambling Ghost 10. Ghost Of Alice May 11. Diabolical Disc Demon 12. 10,000 Volts Ghost 13. Freak Of Crystal Cove 14. The Creeper 15. No-Face Zombie
My top 5 is probably 5: Nightmare Ghost 4: Diabolical Disc Demon (Loved the design and although the personality was bland, its here since I loved to imitate the laugh when I was younger.) 3: Stealin Stan 2: Leiland Brothers (mainly for the chase song, for the longest time I had that song stuck in my head.) 1: Drumroll please.... Rude Boy and The Skatastics! (Everything about them and the episode itself was just great to me, the chase where they were on dirtbikes was amazing and whole plot about the Dancing Curse was original which stays as my #1 favorite monster and episode out of every scooby doo Monster. Honorable Mentions: Headless Horror: the reason that it wasn't on my top 5 was because it's honestly pretty forgettable to me and I did have some nightmares first time I saw the monster. The Loch Ness Monster from the movie: Yes I know it's a strange choice but The Loch Ness Monster is probably my favorite Monster from the movies. I didn't include the movie monsters though so that's the reason for leaving it out. Spectral Speedster: Honestly It was a tough choice between him and the Nightmare Ghost, I chose Nightmare Ghost for the fact I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it while on the other hand, Spectral Speedster had to grow on me with its wacky personality.
That is an amazing top 5! It suprised me. The disc deamon is silly for me. I LOVE his design but he never does something like threating the gang. But is amazing that you imitate his voice!
The spectral speedster or the food fiend (as I call him) is very good too. It suprised me, and i know people doesn't know him very much because is a new monster. But I love his design!
Rude Boy and the Skatastics are excellent monsters! They're really spooky, and his zombie face, his design, and the song "dead right mate" we're amazing! I felt in love with that episode
@@scooby_yt5757 I have the whole SD and Guess Who? Season 1 DVD so I quickly learned the monsters from season 1. The Sergeant Ghost and his army were also close to making my list but they were the second monsters ever in the series so I decided to give it a break.
I love the Time Slime episode but honestly I feel like he isn't even a ghost, just a dude with a costume and time scepter but he is one of my favorite 'ghosts' from the 13 Ghosts. Also if you didn't know, the Food Fiend is really named the Spectral Speedster. Love that episode as well! Great list!

Might as well rewatch the episode lol, Mystery Incorporated is honestly one of the best seasons for monsters but some stand out more to me
