Felicidades, gran trabajo, impresionante dominio de revit y de la geometria, gran detalle, es muy ilustrativo tu video y nos deja ver todo lo que se puede alcanzar a lograr aplicando tu lema no pares de aprender, muchas gracias, saludos
well noted Mriganka Sonowal, thankz for watching! ;) If I may suggest to watch the previous video BIM - Revit Adaptive Component 01 Basic Modeling an Introduction. Tutorial for Beginners cheerz!
i understood BIM - Revit Adaptive Component 01 Basic Modeling an Introduction. ..i wanted to follow an intermediate video tutorial like this one. Can you send me the original rec of this video. ..it will be a great help :)
As useful as this is, you miss a vital part at 5:33 where it just cuts to a totally new family that hasn't been created previously. I've followed the first video successfully, but am unable to complete this due to that unknown family. You then go on to do the same thing at 5:55. It's an adaptive family with the rectangles loaded in?
Very informative what I could manage to grasp. Is there a reason for putting it so fast? Does it cost you money? If not I'm sure people will manage to sit through an extra 10 minutes or so of excellent tutoring. Keep it up! The tutoring, not the speed!! If there is an original where do we go for it, I don't want to put email details up. Thanks.
Hello and thank you very much for sharing. I was wondering if I had missed any step prior to get 2v frequency triangles switchable using the type selector. @ minute 12:25.
Thankz for watching Trevor Doge, you can watch my previous video on how to build basic Geodesic Dome, "BIM - Revit Adaptive Component 03A Geodesic Sphere l Dome Modeling"
You lost me at 3:49, where did that came from......would really appreciate a reply, great work. Traced it to the first video, but something was missing and I couldn't figure.
Bani or Timothy, did anyone of you manage to solve this step? I also followed each step from the 3A dome and succeeded to 3:49 in this video where I got confused. Have been trying to work myself around the problem without success so far unfortunately...
Hi, I need help please... I have few duplicate (model) points but the orientation of the points are not all the same, some points were going up, but some points were going down... i see the orientation of the Z axis between those points are different. I have also tried to use flip, but it didnt work accordingly with my offset orientation issue. Please advice me, what is the thing to control the point orientation? how to solve this ? (timing : 02.19)
Hi guys, is there anyone willing to share the model? Me and my firends are working on an university project, but we're not very familiar with Revit. That would mean so much for us.
Hallo, I use revit 2020. I've watched your video tutorial thoroughly. But I cant seem to make a circle reference radius parameter in 3d view like you do. I only can do it in plane view. Why is that?
Hello friend, I am having problems in the creation of the tent/fabric There are always two points that are "disoriented", I tried to delete them and create them again, but without success. Would there be any way I could make the tent file available? Or explain to me why this happens? It's always the big points of the tent that's failing.
Hi Sumeet, first you should open or create new Family - then choose Generic model Adaptive - In this workspace when you add Reference Points, SELECT them to show the option for "Make Adaptive" in the Modify ribbon. Or in the Properties, scroll down to see Adaptive Component, under "Point" - change from Reference Point to "Place Point (Adaptive). Good Luck!

Hi bro, the file was already sent. ;)
Hi, awesome job, could you tell me how you separate the triangles from the tetrahedron to load the adaptive model?
Hi thanks for watching. you need to create separate family
As useful as this is, you miss a vital part at 5:33 where it just cuts to a totally new family that hasn't been created previously. I've followed the first video successfully, but am unable to complete this due to that unknown family. You then go on to do the same thing at 5:55. Yes, you are correct. Thank you for watching!

Thankz for watching Tomas O'Connor....;)
It's accelerated because otherwise the video would get too long and boring. If you want, you can play it at speed of x0.25 and enjoy!
Hello and thank you very much for sharing. I was wondering if I had missed any step prior to get 2v frequency triangles switchable using the type selector. @ minute 12:25.
I have the same problem, I would like the author to solve this question, but thanks for the video anyway
nice, can you show how to make a simple Geodesic Dome.
I wanna build a greenhouse but I wanna make it on sketchup or AutoCAD first
Thankz for watching Trevor Doge, you can watch my previous video on how to build basic Geodesic Dome, "BIM - Revit Adaptive Component 03A Geodesic Sphere l Dome Modeling"
plz upload in slow motion its much fast c,nt understand.
its much use full tutorial.
Thankz for watching. you can use the Slow Motion in the "Setting" button.
Thanks!
What units are you using in each family in the 3 videos please?
this is a generic model adaptive family. click the gear wheel on the video and you can change the playback speed. you're welcome
Thanks
I hope you guys complaining about the speed of the video realise that CZcams has a setting that allows you to slow videos down?
Thankz for watching desertpenguin...;) thankz for your positive comments! cheerz!
@@timothyj67 HAHA! Same here! This guy's on speed
Why the tent edges are not perfectly aligned ? they are overlapping each other, you just fake parametrizing them.
Thank you for watching!
You lost me at 3:49, where did that came from......would really appreciate a reply, great work. Traced it to the first video, but something was missing and I couldn't figure.
Thankz for watching Timothy Ogunwola....watch first the basic modeling...good luck!
Same here. I made the whole 3A dome. Yet this one has incomplete instructions. Please help.
Bani or Timothy, did anyone of you manage to solve this step? I also followed each step from the 3A dome and succeeded to 3:49 in this video where I got confused. Have been trying to work myself around the problem without success so far unfortunately...
Hey, how about I have the same problem, I would like to know if they solved it, please help.
