In my opinion, the title is wrong. It doesn't sound like you've sacrificed anything in your 20s, nor should you have had to. I'd say you optimised your early 20s and are now reaping the rewards. Many of the things you've 'missed out on' such as excessive gaming, drinking, and junk food would have been detrimental to your life and actually a waste of your 20s! Hamza, You had the Uni experience; you've partied, slept around, educated yourself, and others. You've experienced deep, loving relationships, brotherhood, and foreign cultures on your many travels. You've amassed wealth and status and are in peak physical health. You've already experienced more in your short time on this earth than most will ever dream of in a lifetime, and im sure there will be more great life experiences to come. Hopefully, all the people who follow you can do the same.

I'm 39 and did the whole regular life he often talks about. It's not like I didn't try things, I did try CZcams, Ebay, Etsy, dropshipping etc over the years and made some money but I never really concentrated myself into one thing. Over my 20s, I did a lot of drinking and other quick dopamine fixes like games, movies etc. Now I am at this age, I literally CAN'T go hard anymore. Constantly tired, depressed, don't care for my job and I have 3 kids and a wife I have to come home to so basically exhausted to do anything at night. If you're a teen or in your 20s watching this, just please live with your parents, grind for 5 years and you will be rich. Don't get into the trap of working and paying someone elses rent. It's a huge trap. Also, as much as I love my family and kids, DO NOT HAVE KIDS UNTIL YOU ARE RICH AS F$#K and working for yourself.

This is genuenly a helpful video for people who struggle with trusting the process and fully commiting (I was one of them) Im grateful for the lessons we took from this video
    (Lessons):
    1. Sacrifice anything holding you back (relationships, habits, ect).
    2. Have a big change (for Hamza this was moving back home and shaving your hair, creating a timetable to follow filled with tasks of prouductivity) as a marking point for the start of your journey.
    3. Youll never regret discipline and your hard work always pays off even in the moment, you will feel way more fufilled, proud and purposefull when working hard
    4. To become extreamly sucessful you have to be extreme, balance aint the key
    5. Your baseline hapiness increases when you quit bad habits and do the good habits (it will be hard at first but youll be even happier than before) Youll feel proud when on the grind.
Sorry hamza for kind of destroying your viewer avarage engagment rates on this video through this comment. But I hope you wouldnt mind because youve got other business to take care off. Wish you best of luck!

From 18 to 24 I sacrificed 6 years to get my accounting degree, then moved out of my parents. I didn’t even have my own bedroom until I was 24.
For the past 2 years I’ve been working a full time job. It’s easier than the last 6 years, and I can now focus on my mental health and fitness, but it still sucks.
I have to be honest, I’m a bit envious. I’ve worked since I was 14 for little money and now I’m 26. I’m not a millionaire and feel like I’m behind on all the “life stuff”.
Just wanted to vent that out. I know I should be grateful, but I’m not. I’m angry.

Don't despair. Your 20s aren't over, and even if you spilled over into your early 30s, you still have plenty of years left to live. Just come up with a game plan for how you can structure your life for personal meaning and impact. Even though you've spent multiple years on your degree, that isn't the end of your grinding phase. It's just the end of grinding for college (which means grinding for others). Now you can focus on working hard for YOURSELF.

this might not be true for everyone, but for me, the best thing hamza gave me was showing us how his journey looked like. and this i do with every other successful person i come across even on yt, i go thru their ENTIRE journey, and put me in their shoes, why did they take this decision at this point? what were they going through at the time? i think thats a great habit to have, cuz youre not just consuming, youre thinking and learning.
hamza wasnt "him" back then, but he didnt even think about becoming smth specific like a big name on yt, screaming "adonis" in a bathrobe, all he did is drown in his shame and trauma, and using it as a catalyst to put in his 120 % into the time table he had made, whatever else he did for it, like envisioning his ideal audience and stuff, man.... i have no excuse, none at all, being 18 just entering college, ill try to drown in my trauma and grind as well LOL, thank you.
ps: that part about healing from traumas, crying with your parents etc. thanks for sharing that man.

Hamza I set out time to cold approach few days a week but am broke af and I can’t seem to integrate cold approach anymore in my life as my goal now is to hit 10K no matter what and reach 12% bf. Shall I sacrifice it?
