IRCC - Document upload issue [Highlighting the problem - THIS IS NOT A SOLUTION]

- Cannot upload documents to IRCC after first upload attempt fails - I have highlighted the problem here and sent to the relevant team that process applications/documents in the hope they rectify the problem for others, please note this is not a solution!!!
I applied from the UK and I was told to cancel this application and re-submit a new application.
I understand that’s not an option for everyone as in some cases there will be a fee with each application and the applicant may have already paid the fee, hence submitting a new application is not an option without losing this money.
I can't seem to upload my document, I don't have any option to actually upload my pdf. Am I missing something?
Hi I have a query . Actually will submitted the Documents on IRCC website. By uploading My Salary slip of last 3 months. I have uploaded the 2 Salary Slip correctly but for one months it was uploaded wrong. I wrongly upload the Income Tax completion For One Month. Do it will be any issue Or can I Edit the Documents?
How to upload online forms to be submitted?
Hii .. I am married to a ukrainian and applied an application and did the biometrics but after some days they asked me to submit additional document , the marriage certificate.. I entered to my application where is written (Your action is requirred) there is a bell beside it .. and added the file there and till now its the 7th day they didn't answered my yet why?

How did u uplaod then sir?? I am having trouble in uplaoding my document
The system wouldn’t let me, I had to contact them to cancel that application and put through a new application.

@@lindalinds798 Hi I was applying from the UK for a visitor visa, so I did my whole application again with a new email address etc. They then asked me to upload all the files again.
I included the link to this CZcams video to explain I couldn’t upload the documents properly.
Just to note - The link was initially working and I uploaded a document but because the file size was too big the link crashed and after that I couldn’t use the link anymore.
