Funny thing about the third watermark in her hair: Using my expert knowledge of Photoshop that I went to college for, I can tell you with upmost certainty that you can easily remove that watermark using the MS Paint dropper and brush tools. Less that 2 minutes worth of work removing that watermark.

@@ashikjaman1940 Well, people in the West aren't breastfeeding as much as they could and (most likely) used to in the past. Breastfeeding is an act with many things to it so this has a plethora of consequences, not all of which are fully understood but many of which are known to be bad.
Some examples: what infants to with their mouths when they're nursed influences how their jaws develop (which can haunt them until their teenage years); the importance of physical, especially skin-to-skin, contact between mother and child throughout the latter's first year or so can hardly be understated but has decreased over the past decades; and no formula in the world can replace mother's milk when it comes to nutrition.
Now people like this Tradwife Twitterer probably oversimplify the issue and we can likely also assume that in most cases it is how MBT described in the video: formula is a crutch taken in times of need which can then not be phased out until the child starts eating normal food. The root of the problem is not this individual decision but the sheer lack of professional care, or common access to it, that would guide young parents through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Other countries than the USA - such as the UK, the Netherlands, or Germany - have midwives who visit expecting couples/mothers at home and make all the necessary check-ups & provide the necessary advice, or at least specialists who can give advice for breastfeeding, and have all these services provided as a part of regular health insurance.
It's a social and societal issue that has to be addressed politically but it is an issue and while I really don't expect liberals like that Twitterer to understand it and talk about it as such, there is a small grain of truth in that meme.
It's still a shitty meme, no doubt: a real conversation could have turned into a discussion of why breastfeeding worked for the one but not the other mother, and this might have actually gotten somewhere.

Today I leaned that baby formula is WAY more important that I thought it was. I justed assume it was a milk supplement you could grab off the shelf and any would do. Had no idea you couldn't switch brands. I'd say I'm shockrd American let a product that valuable to society run low but I'm not. That sounds exactly like a boneheaded thing American would do.

With a little bit of research you can feed your cats vegan food though. Hydrolyzed proteins can be digested by cats. Look that they get all their nutrients and no problem.

Eh, if the child drinks well, the mother will produce more milk. The body doesn't just tend to shutting that down, this getting used to does work both ways.
However, clearly supplementing with formula is not really a solution. It's just that the political will for any actual solution (such as making breastfeeding advice more available or generally improving national pregnancy care) simply isn't there.

As a new father, I ran into the issue of Mom not being able to produce under stress (crying baby, inability to lactate, etc.) and it is terrifying. We have been very fortunate that our baby has been able to breastfeed as long as he has, and there are many benefits to breasilk over formula, but you cannot rely on a bodily function that does not always produce the same amount(s). Sometimes (most times) you NEED to resort to formula to supplement the baby.
