Any advice on how to deal with âsame POSE / CAMERA ANGEL syndromesâ ? All my bi-pedal characters end up as bust shots, head at a 3/4 turn, looking to the left, wings fanned out (if they have wings) even if theyâre different species, different ages ECTâŠ

This was real helpful. When I was a kid I did the scribbling sort of thumbnails all the time, and was pretty happy with it. I'd then erase the parts I didn't like. But then I figured I needed to learn more 'proper' gesture drawing and methods, and since, I've struggled to even get motivated to draw. Seeing this and it being a perfectly valid way to draw a thumbnail got me inspired to do that again, and I felt a lot more comfortable about just doing quick thumbnails again. So thanks!
