- Store-bought marshmallows pale in comparison to the fluffy and pillowy homemade marshmallows you can make with just a few ingredients (gelatin, vanilla bean paste or extract, sugar, corn syrup, and powdered sugar). This recipe makes a smaller batch compared to others online, so double the recipe if you want to make marshmallows for a crowd! :)

Looking for a recipe, since the only place I know to buy them I left behind when I moved away. I’ll give this a try - wow, that’s hot heat there
I have a few different macaron recipes on my website if you're looking for something specific! I know a lot of macaron makers use cooler temps to bake them, but I've found the high heat works really well with the French method :)

@@janicegipson4691 Oh, whoops! I just saw your comment on my desktop, and it was definitely not on my new macaron video from yesterday-sorry! The CZcams app doesn't share the videos the comments are on, so I always have to guess, and I just assumed.
Anyway, what I *should* have said: I have one other marshmallow recipe, for earl grey marshmallows, and they're pretty easy to customize with your favorite tea, if that's your thing :)
