Small Batch Cherry Jam | Easy Cherry Jam without Pectin | The Floral Apron

Made with a little more than two cups of fresh cherries, this easy cherry jam comes together in about 30 minutes with no pectin. Since cherries are naturally low in pectin, many recipes call for adding pectin to help ensure the jam sets properly. But by cooking the jam for a little longer and chopping the cherries finely, you can avoid the need to add pectin!
