    1. Amylu Chicken Burgers = 20g protein a Pattie. To beef it up, slap that sucker between 2 slices of ezekial bread, 1/4 avocado, tomato, throw some spinach on there and voila…30 grams of protein.
    2. Kevins Meal = 20g a serving. This is a good option if you already have some premade rice or quinoa. Throw some spinach in there at the last second.
    3. (Adult Lunchable) 4oz of turkey + handful of Crackers + Cheese slices = 32g protein
    4. 1 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt + 1/3 cup Granola + Berries = 27 g protein
