Hello Teacher Jonah. I have a bisaya partner and I want to learn his language fluently. I've been watching your videos for almost 3 months now and I learned anlot while ai enjoy bisaya since I joined your classroom. Keep posting more lessons please. May I also request for more conversational videos or more like an actual conversation with english or tagalog sub title(you know when you watch koreanovelas or other foreign movies with sub titles) I think I can learn even faster with that..hehe.. Thanks Teacher Jonah. God bless the works of your hands.
Yey! Thanks for recognizing me Teacher Jonah. Songs or famous movie lines translations would also work for some i think..if you may.. I noticed that you are also a follower of Christ, positive phrases would also be inspiring to learn like the usual conversation I hear "puhon" "padayon" Sorry got a lot in mind.. 😊 May the Lord continue to use you. Daghang salamat for sharing your knowledge ❤️
Kiat- to do something with energy or with fun or sometimes with passion. hehehhe. like in dancing. If you say Kiat na ta, it can mean let us dance energetically. There are more meanings to kiat. It can also mean flirt. hehhehe. "Gakiat ra nang dagway nimo!" It means you are behaving flirtatiously especially if it is a mom saying to a daughter who is with the opposite gender. "Kiat kaayo sya" It means he/she is so energetic. It can be said to a child who has a lot of energy and is so hard to discipline. Hope it helps.
Sana Gawa kayo vlog tungkol sa BISAYA, WARAY at HILIGAYNON nakakalito kc yung 3 wika na yun. Hindi ko alam kung may pagkapArehas or malayo yung grammar ng 3 wika na yun. Hindi ko alam kung nakaka intindi ka ng WARAY at HILIGAYNON as a BISAYA speaker
Mura oroi kay kinsang datoa"- You are acting like someone rich." This sentence is usually a comment to someone who spends a lot beyond his/her means or someone who is so ambitious and wants more than his/her capacity. Like, when someone aims for an Iphone 13 Pro Max with a meager salary, someone may comment, "Mura oroi kag kinsang datoa" This can also be a comment to someone who seemed arrogant to someone/or like, they felt you are being arrogant, like most rich persons are. so they might comment like this. hmmp, he won;t join us? Mura oroi kag kinsang datoa"

Ay hindi po. sorry heeheh. pero both of these languages are all beautiful in its kind.
Parang may mali dito, ang salitang WARAY, BOHOLANO, ILONGGO, CEBUANO at iba pa na nasa Visayas ay BISAYA.
Hello
Wala I thought was left now its none or nothing
Can you translate this for me please? "Try to know this sentence.Mura oroi kay kinsang datoa"
Mura oroi kay kinsang datoa"- You are acting like someone rich."
This sentence is usually a comment to someone who spends a lot beyond his/her means or someone who is so ambitious and wants more than his/her capacity.
Like, when someone aims for an Iphone 13 Pro Max with a meager salary, someone may comment, "Mura oroi kag kinsang datoa"
This can also be a comment to someone who seemed arrogant to someone/or like, they felt you are being arrogant, like most rich persons are. so they might comment like this.
hmmp, he won;t join us? Mura oroi kag kinsang datoa"
