So far, naa-amaze ako how similar pala ang Filipino-Tagalog and Filipino-Bisaya 💕 But now I'm beginning to understand how my Bisaya friends must have felt when they were forced to learn Tagalog when it is not their mother tongue. This is excellent content. But be aware this is Davao Mindanao Bisaya. Not quire the same as you'll hear in Cebu/Bohol. It contains Tagalog words that aren't in pure Bisaya. But still excellent lessons!.

My girlfriend is from bisaya region, this was my first lesson, my brain is smoking haha. Obviously i didn't manage to learn all the nouns and verbs and stuff, but i got the gist of the grammar and sentence structure

I’ve watched 30 times now and still can’t memorize it. What’s worse is I get laughed at when I try n use the words I did learn. I keep being told I speak like a baby n they laugh in my face.

Thanks for sharing. I know the traditional way of counting from 1 to 9 in Bisaya, but when it comes to double digits, I use the Spanish-derived ones. I didn't learn my mother tongue in school, but I'm glad they're now teaching it in grade school.
