They didn't mention anything about a shoot site ... I'm not sure what the rules are in SC. Then again I think it is also determined by the locale as well

ok , I also have a question about the 250$ off : for example let’s say I bought 500 dollars worth of fireworks do they discount 250 off or are you able to get 250 $ worth of fireworks this is like my 3rd time buying fireworks that’s why I’m not very familiar with these types of stuff.
I don't think they should mislead people on purpose by naming something with "pro" in the name. When they know they are not a pro item. Seems like misleading to me. Don't be fooled.

Jabs used to be the cheapest about 10 years ago but now they are pretty expensive.
I would say that driving on I-95 in SC, they are a bit cheaper than many others .... And have a better selection and inventory as well.
