I hope someone will answer me even though 7 years have passed since the film. I selected a 10x16cm picture from the USB. I installed a large embroidery hoop (260x150). Unfortunately, the machine calls for a 180x100 hoop and I cannot embroider the selected image. How to deal with this.
hello i had the same issue and i just figured it out hope that helps Page 50-51 on manual. you can also google the manual if you no longer have it. you can click on the hoop size on your machine and select a different size!

Wouldn’t the basting stitches scar the fabric more?
