James Hatfield is all things a Rock Star should be. Brilliant innovative natural guitarist, song writer, vocalist & awesome showman who created one of the best bands of all time. Metallica, like AC/DC, created a new gender of music & way of thinking through that music for us mortal people that will last through eternity. A modern day God. Not sure I could cop with being him . . . my heart would explode.

couldn’t agree more. I think they are too comfortable now- dunno if Rock would be as on their asses as he was on the black album, but they need someone to breathe new life into these new records.
kinda surprised they DIDNT bring Fleming (Ride and Master) back, but they’ve made their stance pretty clear that they don’t like doing the same thing twice lol
