I use vpn and don't seem to have any issues. The only thing I know of is that the pro router doesn't let you connect direct to VPN as the connection comes in. I am going to buy a gaming router that will let you route everything through it, you have to contact support for your login and password from them, along with a few settings to put into your new router

@@smig72 No😏 In my area, the connections are made from the telegraph poles.
CityFibre did formally contact me to tell me that they do not 'own' the poles and that the responsibility for the poles is held by OpenReach and so if CityFibre need to utilise that pole, they have to go cap in hand to OpenReach to ask for the required works to be carried out and that currently, it could be a 12 month wait for that to happen.
Funnily enough though, I have spoken to BT who are apparently OpenReachs primary customer and they have stated that OpenReach say that there is a connection available on the pole to my house!
This possibly/maybe means that OpenReach 'reserve' connections for BT and providers like CityFibre are put to the back of the queue ???
