- An FA Cup classic!
Manchester United knock Liverpool out of the cup in dramatic fashion.
The late winner was scored by Amad Diallo, who was promptly sent off for a second yellow card after he removed his shirt during the celebrations! - Sport
He is a humble person. Great moment for him. He was overcome with emotions. He forgot he had a (bs) yellow card previously. Don’t blame him. The young lad has the potential to be a man utd great. GGMU.
Humble?? He was showing everyone his name and number

Totally brain dead!
This is one of amazing and memorable red card 🟥 in Amad's football life 😂❤
Well done Amad boy 👍🏾
What a mug!
It's high time that this rule be reviewed in light of the brutality and abuse in the stadiums, considering that taking off a shirt pales in comparison.
Nah its idiotic ,should be straight red
istg he still had an undershirt, it's not disrespectful to anyone
It's probably in breach of the advertising deal. When a player takes their shirt off, the brand that pays a fortune to advertise, loses out on what they've paid for. A clever idea would be to put the brands logos on the shirt underneath aswell. Should be get a yellow then as the advertising brand isn't complain. Problem solved
@@RobinJames8282 hahahaha -- so it all boils down to money... and this is a nice idea, to also use the brand in the undershirt, or even put a temporary tattoo on the forehead with the sponsor.
Should have waited until after the game. 😂
Ive seen many celebrations as well and then a min later they tie the game or end up losing it. But what can you can say , young and dumb
This year i want to be as happy as the guy who got that jersey , everyone around him was so happy for him
A young lad, overcome with emotion after scoring the winner in a great cup game, gets sent off for taking his shirt off. Where's the disrespect? Where's the common sense? And why can't ref's show some acknowledgement of raw, human emotions? Well done, Amad!
I'm definitely sure the Ref wasn't happy giving Amad the red, but he has to do his job... Coz the FA doesn't give a fuck if it was an emotional moment for united fans, players or Amad himself.... what a game though... GGMU
It has been the rule for ages now. Get a grip.
But he can't just flash his upper body like that! Some people might find it offens...oh wait he had another shirt underneath. Oh that ref fucked up didn't he
it's so frustrating but they legally have to due to contracts with the sponsors - since they aren't being advertised the very moment they want to be. still seems a bit greedy and stupid to me to give a yellow but the refs have no say in the matter.
@@progress.not.perfection1547It's nothing to do with the sponsors. Why not read the rules before spouting such nonsense.
Games like this are what put Manchester United on the world map, exciting attacking football.Amazing to watch .
As a Liverpool fan united deserved this!
Well played!
I hope it’s not the last I hope it’s just the beginning of a new era I like a rivalry good to see united play so well one of the reasons I fell in love with the game the competition the close games the excitement the drama best game I’ve seen in a long time,

Dont forget the thrashings from Liverpool.
4-0, 5-0 and 7-0 f….ng priceless with the 7th April to come, Liverpool might have their first choice keeper and the rest of the big players back by then.
If they are back you won’t be playing the academy kids 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@MrJohnfletch You certainly won't forget 7-0 because that fluke result will be in your head forever. We've had 49 injuries this season, not including the reserves and youths. Always remember, NO TEAM has beaten MANCHESTER UNITED more times than been beaten by them. Making us the best team over all the history of English football. Tell all your friends because people don't seem to know that. Obviously we will be back to dominate again soon. Your recent successes mean nothing in the grand scheme so make the most of them.

He was not sent off for just taking his shirt off. He was sent off for a second yellow card. Referee had no option. Player needs to think before acting.
What the hell is wrong with Football authorities. Let's take the emotion out of the game. The most ridiculous Red Card I have ever seen.
Don’t take the shirt off is the answer

Ridiculous rule, but that's not the refs fault. Thay said that ref had a shocking match.
@@FrFluffyBottom00 The ref was a scouser, no seriously.
Great footage thank you 👍
You’re welcome ☺️
WHAT A buzz What a roar❗️Not heard that loud at OT in quite a while😈
What a lad ❤ hope he gets to stay and be more involved
The ref was waiting like the prey on its predator 😅😅
Of course he was that's what he's paid to do. If he hadn't Liverpool would have just cause for complaint. Don't blame the ref.
When I was a kid, I don't remember players celebrating by taking their shirts off. But later, in the 1990s, this suddenly became a trend. I suppose the rules were established to maintain sportsmanship, respect, and to avoid potential disruptions to matches. Even so, I find the punishment too severe.
A yellow card is not that severe bro, he already had a yellow card that's why he got sent off. There is a posibility of disrespectful outcome by taking your shirt off that's why I think a yellow card for that is reasonable
Well the actual reason is because of the sponsorship. Whenever a player scores, the camera will focus on that player along with the logo of his sponsors on the shirts, now if a player take off his shirt then no one will see the logo which the sponsors spent tons of money on
@@CongNghiaBaoMinhQPHave you tried writing fairy stories. The main reason the rule was brought in was because taking shirts off has nothing to do with football. It serves no purpose other than wasting time.😮
That's what dreams are made of.❤😍👍
What a great lad ,so talented and humble too ❤
Well played Amad. Great player. GGMU
If he wasn't already, Amad is now a fan favourite. The young players are the future. Stop offloading them for a pittance. And stop spending 80 million on useless items.
This is why we are always the architect of our lifes, you dont have much playing time for the senior team and you did today and scored, keep your shirt on and hope for an opportunity on the next game. Little silly decisions that affect someone's life sometimes.
This didn’t affect Diallo’s life at all. He won the game against his club’s biggest rivals.
@sahelsalamtenor7610 Am sorry, that's a selfish way to look at it. Imagine it as someone who wants him to move up the ranks as soon as possible. You dont always have much time with clubs like Man United.
@@oluwaseunolatujoye7073 They'll give him time now. Look how eagerly the fans wanted his shirt as a souvenir?
It was an iconic moment, and this small act pleased the crowd whilst he announced himself to the big stage.

Nasty, nasty, get a life..
The ref was liverpool fan.❤
😂😂😂😂 oh how times have changed 😅
😂😂😅😅 may be
The ref would have done the same if it was a Liverpool player
@@luiscaetano6184 my comment was only a joke.
The ref applied the prescribed action. If he hadn't Liverpool would have had just cause for complaint and that referee would never have been seen again.
This is ridiculous. The idea of red and yellow cards should be to protect players by penalising foul or dangerous play or repeated fouling. What's so awful about a player taking his shirt off in the euphoria of scoring a goal? Rules like this bring the game into disrepute.
Ridiculous rule that needs to be scrapped. Getting a yellow for shirt removal. Unless the undershirt says something offensive, there shouldn't be any card involved. Pathetic FIFA that initially came up with this ridiculous rule.
When you can’t celebrate your goal without hurting anyone and still get punished.
he is hurting a lot of companies that put ads on his shirt financially.
@@smithian6177 Nah. He had it on for 120 minutes, took it off for 30 seconds, then put it back on. 🤔
But why take your shirt off. Surely managers Dru it into players that this a dumb and very weak way to get a card. There are many ways to celebrate without removing your shirt.
@@trinkabuszczuk6138He didn't. He gave it away. It's okay cos beating Liverpool with only ten rubs it in even more!

Also im a city fan but Man U played class in that game
He had a top on underneath Absolute Terrible Decision to give 2sncd Yellow
It was the CORRECT decision... the referee, who unlike many armchair pundits has read the rules and has no option but to yellow card for that offence.
É puro emoção,, não preocupes,, assim é o futebol,,,🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
It’s not a new rule. The ref gives a yellow every time for that. The lad got sent off like a boss. It could have backfired but the stretford end was on his side. GGMU

@@NattyNickDxBrefs have the deciding decision no matter what the rules say so he didn’t have to
@@RileyFreeman_ Referees get evaluated as well, and this ref would have faced a penalty if he ignored the game's laws. I'm a Man Utd fan and was just as disappointed as you to see Amad walk off - that rule seriously needs to be scrapped - but it's not correct to say the referee could have done anything else.
@@NattyNickDxB Refs have some discretion.
@@RileyFreeman_ The ref doesn't have the final decision. The rule clearly states that the player must be sanctioned. Ref is not allowed to change the rules.
A second of celebration by the security at 0:20 is gold 👀
GG MU ❤❤
Messi celebration at old trafford by a united player. That boy knows ball. Legendary.
Willy kambwala, legend haha
The ref was so gutted about the result he had to get a bit of revenge. Even the linesman was giving obvious United throws to them. Free kick against Maguire for dangerous use of the stomach. Disgraceful biased officials once again.
In these circumstances the ref should act in the spirit of the game and not the law of the game. He now misses the semi.
It’s his own stupid fault.
premier league games count so just Brentford.
His first yellow was a terrible card for the referee to give as he claimed he blocked the taking of a free kick when the referee then actually moved the ball back 15/20 years like Dialo told him the free kick was so shouldn’t have been a yellow
I’m an Arsenal fan, and this pissed me off no end. The drama, the release of tension, that last minute winner is EVERYTHING great about football and why we love it so much. So how the fuck are we sending people off for stuff like this, but double checking Bruno Scumieres’ elbow to the head of Jorginho and deciding it’s fine. Refs are utterly defunct.
Some formula must be noticed here Garnacho + Amad = Winning goal
bro had to go break his fast
bro scored and left the building. what a chad 😂
This decision should be appealed as although he blocked the Liverpool free kick, it was being taken from the wrong position.
The free was being taken over the half way line when it should have been taken inside their half of the field!
can't appeal a yellow but the ref just waved the card in the air, not directed at anyone. The commentators thought it was to the liverpool player.
Moan utd ref
After that crazy moment, ofc we all forgot that amad already have 1 yellow card
"Dreams can't be buy" - Bruno
Last minute of the season 2012, Aguero was booked for the same thing after scoring the title winning goal
Not sure why they say Great player he took goal well but let's see how far he goes but fair play to him
Reff paid off I guess all through the match always the same for United players well done dalot 🎉
Is it true these yellow cards are only given because the shirt sponsors obviously don't get the close-up camera shot advertisement on the goal scorer's shirt if they aren't wearing it.
Of course the ref is going to allow Liverpool 2nd goal after the scouse foul and then send a united player off for such a pathetic rule violation. Its ladypool who get all the decisions all the time
It’s not it’s woman utd that get all the decisions their way
Scored a huge goal in a cup tie- emotionally all over the place - goes to celebrate with his fans - yes let's book him! Ridiculous. So need to scrap this law. We'll done young man.
That red could of cost utd.

Go back to school and this time try to pay attention
How liverpool lost this game after being in front twice I’ll never no
He s learning here not to take ur shirt off after goalscoring. Its anyway a stupid thing to do.
One hell of a walkoff
As a long time Man U fan, not surprised to see a red card shown to a number 16.... 😂
Keano was FAMOUS for it
10 minutes to celebrate a goal, and goal celebration just has to include all the unused subs. Ref should have blown to restart immediately after goal was scored.
That would have stopped the prolonged celebration immediately.
Mason Mount 😂😂😂 whats he doing there 😂😂😂
ORRR BLESS WAS THE REF A LOSERPOOL FAN 😂😂😂😂
Mate, he's just doing his job
The only person to blame is the player. The rule has been applied for years.
Hopefully it can be overturn
When this rule was first introduced some of the media reported that Saudi Arabia put tremendous pressure on the league regarding bare chests being shown. I guess booking players was the leagues answer.
Refs be butt hurt can’t call a foul correctly but quick to penalize someone for celebration
We were playing Liverpool.
I just think a booking for removing your shirt is ridiculous
Why did he take his shirt off? He should know that is an automatic card. How many times do we have to see such a ridiculous celebration?
Should let him enjoy the moment. Any mid table team snatching a lucky winner against a team 17 points above them who have been humiliating them for the last 5 years deserve a moment.
cry 😭😭😭😭
@@kush6052 Kiss it.
Shirt sponsors pay a lot of money to get their name on the front . They dont like it when the shirt is off for the money shot. The yellow card rule for taking your shirt off is to protect the value of the sponsors investment
Look at him standing looking at his watch, then giving fouls and the ball in liverpools favour. Needs removing from the sport
There's no 'I' in Pratt.....
Liverpool supporter. Cant argue with the result at the end of the day well done United. But really that ref could have used some discretion given how much time was actually left on the game and the emotion of the situation. They allow all the shirt pulling and holding in the box yet ping a yellow for such an inocuous action... get it right FA
Just goes to show how little the ref understands the game! Winning goal against arch rivals at home from the kid and he got a bit excited. The ref should have just given him a warning! It didn't need a booking!!

It’s a very well established rule of the game. Every player should know that taking off your shirt is an automatic card. All the people on here saying the ref should have seen him as a special case don’t seem to realise that once that precedent is set there would be more and more cries for other card offences to be seen as special cases.
❤❤❤❤❤😊😊🎉
Salah has been booked multiple times against united for the same thing and you’re only complaining now?
I dont get why you take off your shirt to show your name how important it is just to throw it away to a fan.
Is a sign bro sign that Amad want to be a united player as main team not player from bench ...trust me if united still bench him he Will leave after the season is end ...
He knows the rules, take your shirt off and you get a yellow card.
Why he wanted to take it off is beyond comprehension, he wasn’t showing a message underneath it.
Most players kiss the badge on their shirt because they love their club, maybe he took his shirt off because it’s an embarrassment.
I still don't understand why players feel the need to take their shirt off, seems a strange way to celebrate
it's part of football culture. Strange for you but not for the players
Now we can see what happens when you give kids a chance
Submit an appeal for the 1st yellow, then you'll get just 1 yellow.
Absolutely ridiculous getting sent off for taking off ur shirt, stupid rule they need to get rid of.😊

The ref, what a joke sending him off just as he scored the winner, yeah he took his shirt off but he had another underneath, what a jobsworth. Bet he is great fun at parties, watching what everyone drinks probably tells them off if he thinks they had too much.

Can anyone explain why he took his shirt off ?
Exactly. There was no need.
He was embarrassed wearing it
Rule are rule.
i'll take that red card any day..
Any player who ĎELIBERATELY gets himself sent off leaving his team to play out the game a man short isn't a team player and shouldn't be admired.
Furthermore any player who doesn't know that lifting or removing their shirt has to be sanctioned by the referee (it's not optional) shouldn't be playing.
In my opinion he's very lucky not to have to serve his automatic one match ban in the semi-final. And even more fortunate that if due to his absence in the closing minutes of the match Liverpool didn't score again. All the other Man Utd supporters (I'm one) would have soon changed their tune.
.

@@FromTheStretfordEnd Well he didn't remove his shirt ACCIDENTALLY ... did he?

Why take your bloody shirt of in the 1st place, you know it's a yellow card.
Is sign that Amad want to be first team not from bench and he Will leave this united if still in bench when the season is end so is sign that show he is united player bye show his shirt and this is clear sign too that he really want to be first team not bench...
It's a pathetic rule and should be scrapped in my opinion! young lad scores a late winner and just celebrates forgetting about his earlier yellow card.
