You can also use a posca (paint) marker for black backgrounds, or making something black on a colouringpage. Any white pencil can be used over it.

Mostly Americana Deco Art :-)
Dude are any of the deco paints ok for backgrounds or do they have to be matt acrylics
if you want to use pencil over them, they need to be Matte
