- So you're thinking about moving to Vero Beach Florida and want to know more about the area? In this video I will cover the pros and the cons of Vero Beach Florida and explain why I personally want to move to the area! Stick around to the end and I will even explain where the name Vero Beach comes from.
Vero Beach Florida is about as far North as you can go in the Treasure Coast. It's going to be closer to Melbourne, Palm Bay, and Orlando than it is to Fort Lauderdale and Miami. While there are many pros to living in Vero Beach, there are not many cons to living in the area. You have everything you need in Vero itself, however you don't have very many things you might want. However, you do have a very nice outlet mall there!

You were close! I said there are no Costcos in Vero, you have to drive almost an hour up to Melbourne for the closest Costco or way down to West Palm Beach for the other one
You call a condo 1( 1 bedroom) not on the beach for $250,000 affordable? No
I just had a client get a completely updated 2 bed 2 bath condo in a nice complex for about that price and it’s only 10 minutes to the beach! You can easily find nice 1 bedrooms for cheaper than $250,000 here not on the beach
