After learning with mostly accents from Spain, I was intimidated to learn with accents from latin america. Shel is so easy to understand and her physical cues are amazing. I really love these videos with general facts and history.

One of the negative aspects of improving your Spanish is that Shel seems to be talking way too slowly, which makes her less fun to watch. But I still watch her anyway.
try changing the video speed to 1.5x, so it sounds natural
