they don't own anything. they buy finished crude products and sell it to Nigerians. The country has no operational refineries. The guy who has a refinery is frustrated. Nigeria prefers to play in the conference instead of the premier league.

If Tinubu doesn't sack that CEO, then I will have no alternative than to conclude that Tinubu is part of the problem. You can now understand what happened to Allen Onyema's Airpeace, and the malicious sabotage he suffered from Nigerian officials. Nigeria we hail thee.

Imports can not compete with local production in terms of Monopoly. Monopoly can only be measured between indigenous producers or local producers. But it must be production wirhin the same environment

In the midst of all this artificial confusion, it is important for us to always remember the ground truth of everything so that we can all work together, not just harmoniously but with a group purpose. The ground truth is we are all confused because we have forgotten that we are just brothers and sisters with different tongues, and oyinbo & arab people have sowed seeds of discord and confusion amongst us, blinding us from our true purpose. Once everyone in Nigeria, and Africa realizes this, tribal and ethnic differences will no longer deter us from our group vision, purpose and mission. And if you want to ask me how do I know this ground truth? This ground truth is based on the solid evidence set on stone and left behind by our ancestors in Kemet when we all knew who we were, worked together regardless of little, minute differences (that grew over time after most of us got kicked out of Kemet by brutal invasions from the same {arabic & indo-european elements), and also we were fully aware of our sole haters {oyinbo, & arab ideologies} of our group progress.

Is this an important matter. If Nigerians travel to UAE, who gains??, Nigeria or UAE. Capital misplacement of priority. How much forex will it contribute to the Nigerian economy??. Even the press that is trying to make this a discussion should be psychologically examined for soundness of mind. Distraction!!!!!

Tinubu's economic policies are worse and harsher than Buhari's own. But he is undoubtedly a better listening president than his predecessor. The fact that he is ready to pay the withheld salaries of SSANU, NASU and NAAT is commendable. But while doing that, like the UNILAG Prof disclosed, he should know that ASUU has 4 months balance of their salaries outstanding to be completely offset as accruals from the last strike action. The best thing to do for the sake of equity, fairness and peace is to calculate everything and pay all the university-based labour unions. This will completely resolve and put an end to that unfortunate and sad episode caused by the clueless and woeful Buhari who mismanaged the strike imbroglio on the advise of his inept ministers of labour and education. Adamu Adamu and Chris Ngige bungled the whole 2009 salary renegotiation agreement which the unions were rightfully entitled to, including their demand to be removed from the flawed and discredited IPPIS payroll system which is not suitable for the university system as it is antithetical to the University Autonomy Act.
