    Britbox stopped loading with my Firestick. Followed his instructions in his first step of just unplugging the TV and waiting one minute before turning it back on. Britbox loaded right up after turning my tv back on. Thank you!!!

    I bought two LG TVs and the 1st one has a lot of defects after one week. I bought a 75" as an upgrade hoping things would get better. Unfortunately the second one had a glitch as well funny enough at the space episode and second of Expanse. Right when the meteor hit the 1st LG froze and started sounding like a cd skipping. So I bought the new TV and rewatched that episode. The new TV froze and started skipping at the exact second in the episode as the first TV. It's like the TV couldn't handle the frame of the episode. I deleted the Amazon app and reinstalled it. Then problem solved. Unreal. Thanks for everything! LG customer service was useless. You fixed this issue for me. Much appreciated sir!

      I cannot believe this worked either! I tried unplugging while the power was off, which did not work. But unplugging with the power on did work. I also discovered that my sound setting had been changed, so probable that one of kids got ahold of the remote and starting mashing buttons.

    Just to Say that it worked very well at the level of IP 6 in the internet connection setting when I disabled that option, it worked.

    Thank you! One of the apps we opened was frozen on the left side of our screen for over a day! Though when we wanted to delete it in the content store it apparently did no longer exist there. Solution number 2 (unplug modem as well) worked. We did not think it had anything to do with wifi as that was working great. But apparently it did! 😄

    Thank you! I was thinking about returning my new tv since the App Store won’t update or download any apps! I’m so happy to come across this video! LG should be paying you instead of hiring a customer service department that puts you on hold for over 30 minutes! My issue was the server code! Once changed apps are working again and can also install new apps! Thanks again!

      I will tell you this, this is the last time I buy an LG smart TV. Nothing but issues and to go through this is just crazy. I have had other issues, like getting kicked out of the internet, not being able to log on, my location changing or not being recognized by an appl. I've gone in LG forums and so many others having the same issues. Do not have this issue with past smart TV's. My daughter has a Visio smart TV for 3 years now and has yet to have the slightest issue while my LG makes me want to put my first through it since day one. Live and learn.
