Yeah she can eh, Stock headers were tiny compared to the RJWC headers. Can't wait to test them out. might take it to a dyno to fine tune the air/fuel.

They sound pretty good on camera. Deep & loud, but not harsh.
Yeah i though it was actually quieter then the Yoshi at idle anyways, guess we'll have to wait a touch longer to find out what tune they sing under hard throttle. Mud n wheels on the way soon, with a special touch from our friend at ThrillBilly Powder Coating. Can't wait till that box shows up. Great lads to deal with.

RJWC exhaust are top notch. The header wrap process isn't fun lol. I used the titanium wrap on the 500 and those little clamps that were supplied made me want to throw things lol, but they have held their own so far.
Hahaha, they look nice though eh, The RJWC exhaust looks and fits top notch alright. But that sound is even better. Smooth system all the way around. Can't wait to rip this thing. Thx man
If you’re gonna hit that thick muddy water take the spark arrestors out before because they’ll clog up. Mine did on my hmf and that thing went quieter than a stock muffler lol
I suppose eh, although Keep on the throttle and it won't be an issue eh. Hahaha
Tip for your header zip ties you wanna grab a set of needle nose and grab the end and twist your pliers so it curls around them. They will be tight as all hell that way!

Soak that header wrap in water can stretch it a bit then it tightens up when it dries

So I have the same exhaust but I’m confused on the tuner does it have to stay on the fourwheeler at all times because I don’t think there water proof plus how do you return it back to the stock factory fuel tune if I want to put the old exhaust on
You should come do an install video on my 2021 outlander XMR 1000R and show people how to set up/program the fuel tuner. I just ordered the dual split RJWC Mud Series with programmer and neutrino headlights from dirty life.
Right on, I've done those lights a few too many times. Lol. I bet you're going to love that exhaust for sure.
@@ehTV1000 how was the programmer to set up. Lots of videos show plugging it in. None show setting it up with all those lights and combinations

What did it take to mount your yoshi? Dealer can’t find one for my 2019, also how much louder is the rjwc over the yosh? I can’t even find info on the rjwc with baffles. If you guys have info please let me know! Ride on!

Was wanting to upgrade to a mud n wheels from the time I bought it, I know how I ride eh. Every machine has its limits, I plan on beefing it up to increase those limits, Hahaha
sounds good almost sounds a little deeper then mine but it is hard to tell off the mic lol mine rear diff is still running strong, i did have to do the mane seal

would love to get one of these slip-ons for my Sportsman 570 i just dont want something that's going to be loud and obnoxious on an 8 hour ride. i ride with older people alot of the time.
I actually thought it was pretty tame, although I had the arresters in. We'll see what it sounds like in the future eh
We have two guys I ride with that went through them mud & wheels rear diffs already
you mean two stock diff's then upgraded to mud n wheels.

Absolutely, Have the best dealer in the area taking care of it. Bay Marine in Trenton Ontario is where I will continue to get all my toys.
Why do you use the Teflon Tape? Is there any reason for?
Just did same job last night lol n yes pain in ass,did u reuse the outer section of stock heat shield aswell ?i made a mistake and put rjwc clamp that holds 2 header together upside down haha ,n not removing it to flip it ,gonna try today fitting out shield on but thinking it’ll hit clamp

It has been a while .How did the wrap hold up to the mud and water ? I’m considering going the ceramic coating route if the wrap falls to pieces or causes crazy rust after a few months .

Good question, there are a few models to choose from I believe on the DirtyLife.ca site, but not sure how many RJWC offers.

Trust me I was on the throttle lol I was in a race pit going about 10 mph/16kmh and it clogged up on me so yeah hard to avoid plus looks better without it on

eh TV welcome brother and I knew that full exhaust was gonna be hard as hell lol that’s why I just went with slip on and only thing you’ll need a spark arrestor for is riding in parks but keep the build up brother!

Before the 2019 models the diffs didn't have the straight cut gears and the tolerance levels had to be just right to get a good life out of one. CanAm was rather sloppy in this area with their diffs. So I sent it off to MudnWheels and he sets them up to fine tune specs. And he'll dress them up for ya too with the help of one of the best powdercoat guys in the offroad community. Craig Weston of ThrillBilly Powdercoating. CanAm fixed the issue from what I've seen. Haven't heard of any failures after 19
