In my case its her loss , I'm handsome I was loyal I've had offers from other women so the ex can take her junk elsewhere, it took me a while to realize this , I had to heal to get there , crazy how they become your every wish and fantasy until their done with you , well this guy here is gonna search for my Unicorn , I'm done with the fish 🤣 .

Having to ask the question to begin with, you know the answer. With narcissist, they always flip it or spin it back upon you like it’s your fault. I bought my wife a ring, and had to apologize to her for accusing her of cheating on me and when I gave her her that ring, she said “aww all it’s gonna do is remind me of him”. That’s abuse in itself.

All i did was ask her and what she did was flip it on me then act like a victim! Her actions spoke louder its just that i was too focused on working to make things happen that i couldn't see the red flags.

How do you know if a narcissist is cheating? Well the answer is all narcissists cheat. It's a matter of when if you're with one or they have been but they haven't been caught by you or you haven't picked up on it
Or they whip it out even if you didn’t even mention it. I told him I would love to see you interact more with me and it’s taking a toll on me and he immediately went like “I care about you and it’s not because we don’t see each other much that I’m cheating on you”. He gave it away and I didn’t even ask but at the time I didn’t see that he was closing the doors of suspicion.

I gave so much effort into the relationship that when he constantly accused me of cheating it was a huge insult. So I'm not sure if this is true
Its the other way around actually. They accuse you of cheating and try to make them self feel better .
He blocked me. Just because I said he hurt my feelings I texted him from another number saying hi and he goes. What's up? What are you doing? And then he called me and I said Hey, he said Hey, I said. Don't you know who this is? You know who this is right? He goes, no. I said you don't know my voice. He goes no. I go say my name Tony say my name and he wouldn't. He hung up. Then when I texted was me? He called me fucking stupid and call kinds of awful names
When I see other people's stories it makes me realize that my narc is the same. The patterns are the same. I love and want to help them so badly, but the disrespect the name calling... they only come back because they know we will be here... it's such a vicious cycle. I hope you're doing alright

Even attacked dragged by my hair just for picking up shopping on my lunch break( deliver driver for super market), saying I hate lies! then his side piece showed up an his face was like a deer in head lights. He ran inside the house hiding when he eventually came out by which point I’d got to my car to leave, an the girl left, he said “just think how we have hurt her, bringing her into our drama” 😮wtf

But I reply like this! When dealing with obsessive jealousy and insecurity, I either lose patience and dont know why i bother or point if they never understand who i am. Or I I'm angry they'd even think that about me in the beginning as I think it taints our trust which I thought was growing perfectly.
However, I've also been treated like this when I had a narcissist boyfriend who was lying to me very obviously for 6 months and consequently made me ill with the gaslighting.
So I find this one difficult..depends on circumstances.
So if him and I are in an argument and let's say I haven't painted my nails for a long time and I saw a pretty nail polish that my daughter was using and I picked it up and started to paint my nails. And then later when he left for work he texted me saying that he knew that I was painting my nails because he thought that I was cheating, meanwhile I thought that I was expecting a baby his baby and we're going on 5 years of being together. So to tell me he was just really guilty of something he may have done himself? Please somebody respond am I stupid
They project, if he suddenly accuses you of cheating, it’s a very bad sign.

My husband will start acting very paranoid and begin to accuse me of talking to men. It will be at the most random times.
He's allowed to go through my phone. But if he catches me looking through his... All of a sudden he gets really hypersensitive and violent.
He keeps me looking ragged... And won't buy me any clothes. Although he always has money to keep himself in nice clothes with a nice haircut to match.
Basically he's trying to make me look less desirable because in his head he think I cannot do better than him.
Narcissist love to control too much! Also they try to break your confidence down overtime.
