Rest in peace, Ron. Everybody who has and who will listen to this piece on your piano won’t know you, but your friend has let you live on in the memories of thousands of strangers. I’m sure you deserved more time on this earth.
Old, out of tune pianos hold are intriguing to me. To me it’s like they represent something that once was. Such as a time and place that existed many years ago, and it’s as if the piano is telling you of how life was in the past, and how you will never be able to go back in time to experience things that have happened in your past. However, they can remind you of the wonderful memories that you’ve had, and you can reminisce about the past experiences that you have enjoyed.
Actually relate a lot. I just recently came to terms it is indeed lost, that happy world I once had. The friends, also. Unfortunately, it’s growing up. A constant reminder of who you and everyone around you used to be. That is indeed, the out of tune piano. The sound of your memory shattering through your head, to be lost forever more.
@@StormyRessurected Your reply is perfect! I’m glad that you and I are on the same wavelength and that you understand what I’m talking about. Although it is sorrowful, you can always cherish the pleasant memories that you’ve once had.
The apocalypse had taken its toll, but in this moment, a world away from the chaos, there was a calm. The man entered the room and saw a piano. Sitting down, he let his fingers drift across the keys, filling the otherwise still air with delicate notes. His worries melted away as he was taken over by the music, and left the world behind for a few precious moments.
it's like, this piano shouldn't belong in this time period because it's 100 years old but it's still here. and this song on this piano? such a weird but soothing experience
This reminds me of an old creative world I had on my grandma's laptop. I had a giant glass tower that served as my home. I was a stupid 6 year old so of course every floor had something wacky on it like lava. One day I decided I wanted to make the corners brick. I broke the wrong block by accident and lava went everywhere. The barn of animals my cousin helped me build burned to the ground and I was helpless. Sometimes if I listen really carefully I can still hear my minrcraft animals begging for help. But what could I do? I was a small child who was so bad with a keyboard I couldn't even use the water bucket without help.
The pianos sound of being out of tune just reminds me of being in a state of grieving, everything is the wrong note without that person. Everyday activities are too sharp or flat, and your day is played in the wrong key with out that special person keeping the tempo.
the velocity of each note feels kinda speeded up but, leaving that away, i loved it, the old piano makes it sound a bit melancholic mixed with a veeeery little "scary" vibe.
