I want to add on that he means well and his heart is in the right place: for the fighters and pushing the ref foundations forward. He talks to his audience on CZcams from time to time on certain fights that were controversial, and explains how he saw it. He's amazing at explaining, he talks to you with a lot of clarity, he knows how to talk to the fans in a way they'd understand and not only at a ref high level. He admits when he's wrong, he tries to get better from mistakes and many times he'll be right when other refs have failed at that particular scenario.
