- Panna cotta - Figaro chocolate, NESCAFÉ instant coffee
600 ml whipping cream 33%
2 units of vanillin sugar
5 pieces of gelatin slices
chocolate, instant coffee
Soak 5 slices of gelatin in cold water.
Heat 600 ml of 33% cream to 70°C.
Add 2 units of vanillin sugar.
Squeeze the gelatin and put it in the cream.
Stir until the gelatin dissolves.
Divide into 3 equal parts, melt approx. 60 g of chocolate in 200 ml of cream.
Pour into glasses, put in the fridge for 40 minutes.
Stir the remaining cream from time to time so that the gelatin does not set.
Add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee to 200 ml of cream, stir until dissolved.
Remove the glasses from the refrigerator and pour over the hardened chocolate panna cotta.
Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After it hardens, pour the remaining panna cota and let it harden in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Decorate with grated chocolate.
