Thank you so much for writing, I will gather more details about gold and jewelry. The general perspective of education and hospitalization is that both are pretty expensive. But you will certainly find good schools. Medical insurance is a must to have, and for kindergarten, I would suggest checking your locality, otherwise, the child will end up spending hours in traffic.
