The melody is so pretty and something about it screams nostalgia to me, seeing all the references from day 1 to now I was in tears by the end of it lol. I think the chill vibe and the expressions on their faces represents contentment, not in a “this is it” way but more so “we’re closing this chapter and writing a new one.” It’s been really cool to see them grow up and evolve💜
It's impressive how you can conclude from this song that they want to grow as individuals first for now, before the announcement. As we know, BTS just announced that they will pursue individuals schedules for now and take some break to grow as individuals. As much as I'm sad that there will be less OT7 schedules, but as you said I believe that they will comeback together stronger than ever, bring their own unique colors even more.
I think the 3 new songs from PROOF really implicate this statement, especially from the lyrics. It is bittersweet but at the end they really think it is for the best, for the to be BTS for a long time, and I'll always believe in them.

i would have to disagree on the distinguishing aspect because it's actually very very easy to identify their voices once u get to know them better each of their techniques are veryyy different
i agree with you, i learned the members names by noticing their different singing and rapping voices first becasue it was so distinguishable from each other. i’ve always thought that’s a main reason why BTS work and sound so good together is because no two members sound alike unlike in other kpop and groups in general.
Extremely, I think hes thinking of the English tracks. I don't think he gets that bts is bts because they don't have a "cohesive" sound. Their thing is a new venture every era.

Also this is alternative hiphop, just a reminder bc it might help you stay away from certain music genres if it's not to your taste. I've watched this before the BTS dinner streaming and came back today in awe. Because how you were so accurate in your prediction about them focusing on their solo works to come back as a stronger team. Wow! You understand them deeply as artists and I really appreciate that.

It's definitely an ending to their first chapter as a group. I think this might be their last album before they enlist in the military by the end of the year. I think it can get confusing when they go into high notes and falsetto if you don’t know their voices that well because the higher the note the harder it is to hear the tone and that’s what’s so unique about their voices, all the tones are so different. I love that tae was in his lower register for this one, it’s so beautiful and I’ve been missing it😭💜
Sameeeeeeeee, bts is like one of the few groups that has a very distintic vocal line. Like every member has a unique voice whose is veeeery easy to tell them apart, even with all the producer stuff in the record versions.

The way I understand all the props that are in this video were used in videos when they started. It started in the bus back then and thats why theyre in the bus now. Starts a new beginnng. If you go back and watch how it all began it all makes sense. Alot of thought went into this. 💜

Oh I love BTS more and more everyday… I am really starting to question our music/Hollywood industries here in the States with all the celebrities and everything coming out right now. I feel the wool has definitely been pulled over our eyes and misguided us into believing the realities of the two. It’s so sad what people wanting to get into the industries are asked and forced to do. Is it really all worth it by giving up your integrity, values and self respect. This song is so emotional!! This song sounds kind of like their older songs but newer!!! The Unnerving feeling I think it is because their is a high possibility that they will go serve in the military or be more focused on their solo careers…however it still gives off hopeful vibes. Like JK said in the song, “Promise I’ll keep coming back for more…” This song totally represents what BTS is all about since the beginning; fighting for their dreams and sending positivity… I respectfully disagree about their vocals being hard to figure who is who. All their voice are very distinct. I learned who was singing so fast. However I do understand with they are singing in higher falsetto’s sometime or using autotune sometimes…Majority of the time I can still figure it out pretty quick…They do blend really well together with the though… I personally love this song!!!

I've watched this before the BTS dinner streaming and came back today in awe. Because how you were so accurate in your prediction about them focusing on their solo works to come back as a stronger team. Wow! You understand them deeply as artists and I really appreciate that.
THE REFERENCES IN THIS MV IS CRAZY
From the clothes they're wearing, the train, the butterfly, the truck, the schoolbus and where they're sitting on the bus. All are pieces of past MVs. Even the desert with the sounds of waves crashing. Amazing amount of symbolism. So emotional!

I think all 7 members have voices that sound unique to each other so I found it interesting you said sometimes they sound similar. This music video is full of references to their older music videos. It's definitely an ending to their first chapter as a group. I think this might be their last album before they enlist in the military by the end of the year. Hope you will check out the 2 other new songs Run BTS and For Youth.

I think it can get confusing when they go into high notes and falsetto if you don’t know their voices that well because the higher the note the harder it is to hear the tone and that’s what’s so unique about their voices, all the tones are so different. I love that tae was in his lower register for this one, it’s so beautiful and I’ve been missing it😭💜
Sameeeeeeeee, bts is like one of the few groups that has a very distintic vocal line. Like every member has a unique voice whose is veeeery easy to tell them apart, even with all the producer stuff in the record versions.

I think they are so bold to do this when the world (especially locals) always expects them to top themselves. That is not the purpose of this song or the album at all. And those who are disappointed have missed the point and that is okay; not everyone is going to like this song. There are some other songs on the album that show a different musical side too.
nah. I think this song is mid. I kinda prefer their old albums which is versatile but good, unlike the newer ones which only has a few good tracks and lots of bland ones

I respectfully disagree about their vocals being hard to figure who is who. All their voice are very distinct. I learned who was singing so fast. However I do understand with they are singing in higher falsetto’s sometime or using autotune sometimes…Majority of the time I can still figure it out pretty quick…They do blend really well together with the though…
