Please, what about in a situation where the admission decision will be made at the end of July and the semester starts in October of that same year? Please, are you supposed to start the visa application process, or do you have to wait for the decision to be made before you start the process? Hi, What about two first names (eg. Desmond kwasi Kwakye on schools documents interchanged on passport as (kwasi Desmond kwakye ), can it be corrected with a sworn affidavit? Or should i turn a blind eye to it

thank you but another thing on my WASSCE my date of birth was stated wrongly but correct on my other documents is that going to affect me? and also the school i applied did not ask of the WASSCE cert so is it compulsory for me to add it to my documents that i will send to the embassy since its a masters course i applied for.
Eventhou the school didn’t ask you have to add it.
I always suggest that it’s better you correct all your mistakes if you can .
Sometimes they can over look it but sometimes it becomes a problem

Hello bro; I already have an admission with the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Berlin Germany, which I will be having the first one year of study at Finland because it's a joint program between Finland and Germany, I've been granted Resident Permit in Finland, however, I have a little difference in my name arrangement; On my international passport, I have Olaide as my first name while Elijah is the Other names but on the admission letter for my studies i have Elijah as the first name while Olaide is the other name. Though while applying for the Resident Permit Card in Finland, that was when I actually got to know and we were told how to input our names in the permit application form so that it can correlate. Also, I just did an affidavit to that effect concerning the arrangement of my name to be in line with that on the international passport. So I will like to have your opinion if that will really work out while applying to further the remaining part of my master's program in Berlin Germany. Thanks
I don’t think it will be a big problem ones you have used the official means to correct it . If the mistake is in the resistance permit they can always re print a new one for you

It really doesn’t make any difference. But if it’s your second bachelors or your second masters and they are in two totally different field the person interviewing would ask why a sudden change in your field of study.

There isn’t a lot of differences just as you said they sometimes require a lot more money as proof since you would be paying school fees

I have 8 years study gap after 12th grade pass and admission into bachelor.
During those 8 years, I don't have much documents to show work experience. 1year I was studying in an Engineering college and then dropped out. I had a certificate of participation in a mechanical workshop during my college that year. Then I was doing some part time works to support my family. Cuz I had financial problem. I could show a document of my poor financial status. And I was doing some local household electrical service for which I don't have much documents bcz I didn't work for any company .
If I got an acceptance letter from say from a public university in Germany for MS, What will be the chances of getting a visa ?
(My bachelor electrical engineering , my cgpa average . 10th grade very good, 12 th grade average )
(some study abroad consultancy told me that there's higher chances of rejection. Though they aren't authorized consultant. I'm so confused.)

I don’t think the Gap will affect your application in any way.
But I think you should be prepared to give a fitting answer if they ask you there is a gab of five years.
A fitting answer might be health reasons, for work experience etc.
I think saying that you were just home won’t be a fitting answer
But once again I doubt it will have any effect on your visa application

Usually you are supposed to prove only for the first academic regardless how long you program is . I have heard a few Case where some students in Nigeria were told to make payment for the first two years. But that rarely happens

I don’t know where you are but since I am from Ghana I can talk about Ghana system.
So on the embassy’s website they stated that sponsors must be in Ghana or Germany ( verpflichtungserklärung ). So with your dad who is in The Netherlands you have to find out directly from the embassy. I know people who got sponsored by family members in France and other European countries.
So apart from this I think you are good to go.

on 5th February my interview was conducted. The interviewer asked me questions related to my documents, I answered all the questions accurately, correctly and confidently according to my documents.
When he asked me about why I want to study in Germany? I responded it correctly but when I wanted to give examples for the reasons that I provided regarding that question, the interviewer told me to not go into details until you are not asked! So hope this doesn't put any negative effect on my interview! Does it?
At the end of my interview, the interviewer told me that your documents are complete, just go provide your blocking confirmation.

Still been thinking about this and my thoughts are giving me that, for the work, I'll have to forward my documents to the regulatory agency of the my profession in the state I want to work in. WHERE AS, for the visa matter, the embassy would rather forward my documents to the foreign immigration office (kindly correct me if I'm wrong) of the state I want to study in.So meaning,these are two entirely different offices and hence they may no one office would know of my engagements with the other(or it can't be so?)

It is necessary for students to submit their documents to DAAD for certification.
They point out mistake in the application and also give hints about the interview.
Soon students claim they went to the embassy without going through DAAD.
But I think it’s advice for go there before showing up at the embassy.

The errors must be corrected first.
And the only legal method i know as at now is the affidavit

Hello bro......it's been one month and 4 days that I applied for the student visa but they still continue to say it is being processed and my semester start date was on 25th October......also it is mentioned in the admission letter that "it is not recommended to deliver a visa beyond 25th October" what is your opinion about this bro?
A delay in application process mostly ends up with a positive feedback.
I would advise you just wait and keep on checking up .
