Rus, seriously this is probably one of my favourite bbq sandwiches!! It’s SUPER FAST with amazing flavor. As you say it’s “porkalicious fantastic!”
So good!!
It absolutely is Jabin! Thanks for watching!
Man ooooooh man brother I’d knock two of those out in a heartbeat! Love the sear at the end and perfectly cooked pork is hard to beat!
I see you got my guy Rus on the team as well.. 👏🏿👏🏿 keep up with all the great content and products 💯💯💯
Damn that looks awesome
Thanks! I hope you give it a try!
This is one of those secret hidden BBQ gems that's a bit of a game changer when it comes to pork sandwiches! We hope you give it a try!
OUTSTANDING! Gotta give this a go round!
You’re going to love it for sure!
With making coleslaw I’ve always had the best results and I was taught this from my mom, who learned it from her mom…best to make your coke slaw dressing in a separate bowl so you can really mix everything up very well, before you add it to the cabbage/slaw mixture. Makes it a lot easier to mix as well.
I've done pork loin on the Slow and Sear but not for sandwiches. Will have to try that as that sandwich looked awesome. Thanks Rus!
I'm pretty sure your gonna love it Troy! Thanks, I appreciate it!
Looked amazing Rus!
Yeah Rus did an amazing job on this cook. We hope you give it a try! 🙌
Thanks brother!
That drip n griddle is the best invention next to the SNS basket! Great cook Rus! Cheers!
Thanks Rob, I appreciate it! Cheers!
Thanks Rob. Super convenient little contraption hey!
@@SnSGrills Just watched 2nd vid I did from 2018 and that was my SNS introduction, the basket even had SNS etched into it. Cheers and love SNS!
Round 2!!!! That’s good shtuff!
So good!!! This is more like a one round punch out! 🥊
Way to go Russ!!!
That looks awesome. Just like all of your cooks!
What size and brand of cutting board do you use?
The slaw is very interesting,I think a must try and it looks absolutely delicious
I hope you give it a try!
Another great video Rus! Roll Tide!
Rus….this sammich looks amazing! Not sure about raisins in coleslaw, but otherwise looks phenomenal!
Looks amazingly tasty. Bet the leftovers (if there are any) would be great in a cubano.😋
My mouth is watering.
Thank you, and yeah, great idea about the Cuban sandwich. Would definitely work great for that
I love a pork loin cooked exactly like this. They are so juicy and make great sandwiches.
It's the way to go for sure! Thanks for checking out the video David!
This is kinda one of those hidden gems hey?! So good!
This is definitely next in my list of new things to try.
One thing I've always wondered though is won't putting the meat in right after the wood cause some bad smoke flavor?
No, but you do have to be careful how much wood you add when using this technique. If you noticed, I used 3 very small chunks to more less kiss it with smoke.
Yuummm!!!
Cheers! 🙌
Rus That Pork sando is the buisness, & that SnS did its job flawlessly as ever. Ill be back home on the 13th. Save me some 🤣
This is really the ultimate sandwich. So good hey?!
It's a great grill to do this on Mike. I honestly don't think it could have came out any more delicious, juicy and tender. I sure hope you give this one a try because the one I made in this video, did a magic trick and disappeared before our very eyes haha!
@@SmokyRibsBBQ 🤣🤣🤣
@@SnSGrills yes I agree
Dang!
I find that apple slaw is better without the mayo and just add more ACV. i like it tangy though and can't stand mayo! Sour cream is OK, but why bother. The vinegar complements the pork so well.
It's true, that tang and pork works so well. For me i'm partial to the Mayo in slaw but make it your own for sure - JP
@@SnSGrills especially if it is Duke’s
I see a Jackson County tag behind you
Can you use a tenderloin instead?
You could but the texture will be a bit different.
I red it wrong i thought it said Pork Lion 🤣😂
Double fisted bites...oh heck yeah! Nice job Rus! #pork-a-licious
For sure hey! Rus nailed this cook!
Thanks Joe. I appreciate you watching!
Curious, what do you do with so much excessive lit charcoal left after the cook is over?
With the leftover charcoal you can close your vents and put out any coals. Then use them to start up the next cook. You will find they catch faster however they don't burn as long which makes them a great option for starting the grill before your new coal catches.
