Summary of the story:
What if Izuku's history was more dark, more villainous. What if Izuku grew up with a quirk, but it history's belonged to that of a villain. And when his quirk's history comes to light, can he still become a hero? Will the world let him? Would he even still want to become a hero? Or will the past become too much to fight against?

why didn't Lady Nagant tell Inko not to trust the HPSC? It'd be so simple..

My theory is that lady nagant feared the hpsc would eavesdrop on the call. Either by one of the hero's chasing her having enhanced hearing, using nearby cameras and audio systems or hacking the call. If nagant said about the hpsc and they did listen in then inko and by extension hizashi and izuku would be in danger
