Great information Justin so humble to share this, from what I have seen in Christian community is they keep information that no one knows to themselves , it takes a person to fully understand grace to share this information in a selfish world .
Let's pray that people can get passed that knee jurk response when they hear the kgv bible is gods perfect preserved in English.

Great insight into the KJV and how important it is to us today.
If we do not have a bible perfectly preserved then how can we trust any bible to be true?
How would we know which part are not accurate and which parts to belive is true?
If some verses are removed from a bible then how can we trust the bible that has the verses?
It leads to confusion.
If God promises to preserve his word we can be assured we can identify it today.
The KJV perfectly fits into being able to identify it as God's preserved word today.

Look at many modern translations...that have many words missed out on important issues.

I was referring to from 1611 until other translations came out the KJV was practically the only bible available to the general public but of course you knew this yet still had to make the point of being 400 years.

I believe there are two verses that definitely refer to the kjv bible. It is Psalm 44:4 "Thou art my King, O God: command deliverances for Jacob." As you know Jacob is the same name as James. Now if you count the number of the terms king/kings from Genesis to Psalm 44:4 it totals exactly 1611 times. Also Deut. 16:11 The same thing happens, the word 'Lord, lord" appears 1611 times when you reach Deut. 16:11. That is not random, nor a man made pattern. There is more evidence if you go to "Truth is Christ" that the King James Bible is inerrant and God breathed, the only Bible today that is.
While I greatly appreciate and respect Justin and the hard work he puts forth to bring us the Word rightly divided, and while I utilize the vast wealth of amazing teachings on a regular basis, I am not a KJV only believer.
To 'prefer' the KJV is one thing, but to say that it is the 'only' preserved Word of God is quite another!
He stated that "we believe the Bible should be in your language so you can study it"....ok, then what about ALL the different people groups around the world?
Is it not then, a discriminatory and even a selfish statement that excludes members of the Body of Christ based upon their ethnicity and understanding of the English language?
In all my 60yrs, I have ever met anyone who believes the KJV to be the 'only' preserved Word until I was blessed with Mid-acts Dispensational teaching the past couple of years. But, it has been a definite bandwagon which I have refrained from jumping aboard. At first it was because of the lack of kindness expressed in facebook groups if one did not agree, then, after exposure to the KJV it became a matter of readability.
I simply cannot understand the lack of quotation marks, the inconsistency of the use or lack of capitals, the grammar issues on every page, the spelling issues of words such as: pourtray, lentiles, carcase, to day, to morrow etc. The name changes such as Elisha to Eliseus, Korah to Core, Jeremiah to Jeremy and Jeremias, Boaz to Booz, Noah to Noe, Judah to Judas and Juda, Judea to Jewry and on and on....
As well as the odd word choices such as 'turtles' in Lev 11:8 as well as Jesus has 'paps' or we can 'defraud' our spouse by 'incontinency'?
Then there are words that did not even exist in Biblical times such as: matrix, college, doctors, suburbs, couch, corn, tires, space grace, fryingpan, bottles of wine, water and milk, bowels are everywhere, naughty figs, dukes, castles, salute, witty inventions, ferryboat, advertise and on and on...
Confusion on every page...and I speak, read and write in English!
So, I politely disagree with KJV only....ism.
What I do believe is that God has indeed perfectly preserved the Word of God and His name is Jesus!

What I do believe is that God is completely able to reach myriads of lost souls in countries across this earth for His glory and their salvation through Christ beyond the use of one Bible in one language!
Porch Lights I understand what you are saying. So, can you tell me what version of the bible you believe is the perfect preserved word God said would last forever that you can put your hands on today?
God promised to preserve it and that it would last forever. If His perfect word is not available it is worthless. You know it is a faith issue.
If I may ask where you doubt stems from? What makes it so hard to believe that the creator of the universe, can also keep the correct words on a page? Peace and Grace.

The Bible you hold in your hands is paper and ink, a translation compiled by man to the best of their ability utilizing the resources, manuscripts available at that time. It will not last forever....because JESUS is the living Word of God. Complete and with out error for all eternity!

I found it quite helpful in my own research and conclusions by obtaining their perspective at that time.

My understanding is that the new bibles use the same Greek and Hebrew texts the Catholic bibles use. Also, the modern bibles twist some scriptures to promote New Age concepts and high self esteem. These factors also make me KJB only.

It is actually the opposite. The KJV uses the TR which was originally dedicated to the pope and created by a Cathalic priest.

Our positions are greatly affected by who and what we read. Nothing in my reading has crossed paths with the allegation that the TR was dedicated to the pope.

How are the more accurate modern translations "perversions" and "cheap counterfeits"? God is using and blessing them to bring many to Christ. The fruit of the Spirit is evident and their love for jesus. True Bible believers know that it is by their fruit you know them. Not what translation of scripture you read. The fruit of the KJV only cult is full of double standards, hypocrisy and outrageous lies. No scripture supports this man made tradition or doctrine of devils. I like what you're saying, but you are wrong about the copyright. The 1611 was not copyrighted in any fashion. First came the Licensing Act of 1662 which was followed by The Statute of Anne - 1710, You'll notice both dates come after 1611. There was no, none, not any form of copyright on the 1611. There were printing rights granted to certain printers so they could sell them, but if you quoted it, copied it, or printed it for free, there was no penalty. No, the KJB of 1611 was not, never has been, and is not under any copyright today.

The Bible is consistent because you have to take into account not everyone speaks English. Original manuscripts were hebrew and greek. The context is perfect. We still do have Christianity today
@@jonathanyeong324 How many languages was the OT in? Mostly Hebrew and a little Aramaic. God for the most part gave His word in one language. Hebrew was a minority of all the languages out there. Today we have God's word preserved not only in English but in Spanish and Chinese. Today the MAJORITY of people in the world can read God's perfect preserved word in their own language.

I know that as a Christian I should go and preach the word of God, but I do not because I am afraid of representing God incorrectly and getting it wrong so I speak to individual people when I have the sense of the Holy Spirit is leading.
Does Pastor Dustin recommend using a Study Bible or Commentary Bible? Any preferred source such as Scofield old or new, Ryrie, or other version of KJV?
It’s very strange. The way this says that KJVO’s we’re abused and slandered is the very way that KJVO’s treated me. They called me an apostate, suggested I was going to hell, compared me to Mormons, and they said I had departed from the faith. Soooo, I don’t know who he’s talking about. The non-KJVO’s were far more decent and fair in conversations than the KJVO’s were.

But the KJV is broken. Many mistranslations like Easter. Denying the deity of the Holy Spirit by calling him an "it" four times. Latin words like Lucifer that should not be in an English translation. The fact that language has moved on. So many words have changed meaning since 1611. That is why have translations in contemporary English. Just as the KJV translators themselves said we should. They knew their work was not perfect, they were right. So why should I believe this KJV only deception?
I have no problem with saying the KJV is the most accurate translation but to say it is as perfect as the original manuscripts is insanity. The problem of translating word for word between the original languages to English and retaining pure accuracy alone would be impossible.
Hey Phil, when Moses translated Pharaoh's conversation from Egyptian to the Hebrew he wrote in, do you think Moses got the translation right?
When Paul spoke in the Hebrew tongue in Acts , do you think Luke got the translation right? Was it perfect or did these two guys I mentioned, miss some of the meaning?

Bible is the men's work. It cannot be the Word of God. You can hear the word of God in spirit from only the Scriptures written in the original languages. No interpretation (eisegesis) or theology. KJV only - for King James Worshippers
I am not KJV Only. I am TR Only. The KJV is the most accurate translation in English.I don’t believe God”s word is limited to 1769 English. We don’t use the score numbering system which makes genealogies hard to understand in the Old Testament. The MEV does a good job updating the KJV.
The only update required for understanding the KJV as a holy Spirit. If you don't have that no other translation is going to do you any good
@@BereanFellowshipWe don’t use the score numbering system making the generalities a tough read in the Old Testament. Our KJV was updated multiple times before the 1769 update we have today. Language changes overtime. The MEV was made to make understanding the KJV more not replace it. All you have to do is ignore their footnote on 1 John 5:7.

Noah Webster wrote this dictionary as an aid to Biblical study as well as the English language.
