I know Charmx didn’t know this at the time, but the reason why Phil Swift used so much Flex Seal in the commercial, and didn’t use the Flex Tape to save time, is because he couldn’t. The Flex Tape product wasn’t invented yet at the time of the Flex Seal commercials. So there was no way he could seal the bucket holes with the tape. All he had available to use was the Flex Seal spray can.
