Indian food is nothing but the perfect amalgamation of colors, fragrances, temperatures, textures, tastes and balance of starch/carbohydrates/ proteins/ fats.
It also has the chronology of eating each delicacy. Try eating with your hands its awsum.
Well said. Here in Australia, I eat food in different country foods - ((Vietnamese - Bland(they are all about putting grated vegetables and giving out)) ..... Indian is a the ONLY cuisine which has flavours and taste
@@dhanaty6744 it's coz you are uncultured.
but foreign Bharathiya food wont have the taste of home made Bharathiya food
He is the students of chemistry 😎🇮🇳
mostly carbs , not much protein
First time watching foreigner eating Indian food properly/correctly. You got my respect 👍👍🙏. ❤️
its not first time
Great to see you guys enjoy Indian food. Just few pointers, to carry on with the same.
1. Always starters are first - paneer Tikka, chicken Tikka, and all the kebabs, chaat items, soups etc. Fall in this category
2. Secondly, move into the masala dosa or bhatura with channa masala or Naan/indian breads with Indian curries.
3. Third, you dig into the biriyani with the raitha (yoghurt + onion + cucumber +salt) or pulao or rice with dhal
4. Finally, any Indian meal should be finished off with dessert - Payasam/Kheer or Falooda with ice cream or
Carrot halwa/Gulab Jamun with ice cream
5. To get all the food digested, Indians have a beda with paan.
24:20- that is indian cheese (cottage cheese) known as"paneer" in india
The second plate of food that you had is essentially the starters and had with mint or tamarind dips.
And the fried crispy bread that you were talking about is 'bhatura' and is paired with chickpeas and is the best thing on the planet.
Agreed 👍
Thank you for being such a wonderful ambassador for Indian food 🙏
So nice of you, thank you!
sister you are eating things wrong you are not mixing the gravies properly with the rice. @@alfonsoandjessica
Haa beef khane wali ko bana de tu indian food ka ambassador
Green gravy is palak (spinach ) paneer( unsalted cottage cheese ,made up of strained curdled milk).
We eat white rice with curries.Add the curry(pakoda curry/chicken curry/palak paneer,/butter paneer) into rice and mix it and have it you will like that.
Masala dosa is surved with green/red chutney and sambar without chopping of its end. That part is very crispy.
To enhance the taste of sugarcane juice add little bit of red chilli powder along with salt.
We eat rice and roti/naan/bhatura separately in India.
Indian cuisine satisfies the taste buds of both vegetarian as well as nonvegetarian due to the variety of spices added into it.
Try more and more Indian dishes.
Paneer is that cheese you liked so much is essentially a well drained, freshly made cottage cheese that is then packed into a flat dough-like consistency is then cut into shape.
The "Green Curry", or Paalak , is spinach puree. It is often cooked with paneer or simply with cubed Aalu, or potatoes.
Oh my god
Paneer is not cheese
From palak you can make more than 10 curries
@@adityagurnale6048, I see you've never heard of cottage cheese. I'm also certain you have no idea how many varieties of cheeses there are.
He - chops off dosa ends
Me- ouch!
That was the delicious crunchy part.

Sugarcane is squized several times in India. Here it's just once. Mint, lemon, ginger, pineapple are used for taste boost.
Come to India and enjoy the food here...30 odd states 30 types of cuisine and innumerable dishes 🙂
Even variations of cuisine inside each state. Torkari, Dim Curry, Aloo Posto are so different in Bangal and Ghoti cuisines. In Karnataka, Dosa differs in Uttar and Dakshin Kannada. Chettinad cuisine is so different from the typical South Indian food.
Seeing your video made me very hungry and made me want to go an Indian buffet myself. Love your descriptions of Indian food.
Started watching your vid from yesterday. you are good..m liking every expression you give after a bite.. being an Indian and chef myself i feel immense pleasure when people around the World like INDIAN cuisine. THANK YOU.. MAKE MORE SUCH VLOG. YOU ARE ALREADY FAMOUS IN INDIA.
But she got taste only 30% . Who does eat dosa with saag . After see this combination bs too much have done and o stoped the video . She can take help from staff .
They got surprised hearing "Black Salt" for the first time 🤭🤭
Yes because it's called rock salt globally. Which isn't wrong technically
@shubham tripathi - Rock salt & Black salt are different Sindhav & Sanchal (Kala Namak)
@@shubhamtripathi1018 it is wrong technically but correct colloquially
Yeah Black Lives Matter!
This buffet looks high quality. Normally Indian buffets are good, but sometimes the food gets cold. But this one is awesome.
Awesomely described. Great to see you people liking Indian foods.
In india we make everything from scratch... Even i didn't knew the concept of packed or canned food ingredients till 2019.

When she eating bread (Puri) with rice my reaction:- please no no don't do it 🤣

People on diet after watching this Video- Mere dil ke dard ko tum samaj lo jana, muje tumse pyar hai bada..

Only just a few days ago I came across to your videos. They are great. Your passion to Indian foods is appreciable. India is a big country with lots and lots of varieties of food and I am sure you will like them. Better visit India to know and enjoy much more of the foods, including the street food delicacies. All the best.
Wonder why the chef cut off the two sides of the dosa????? It's perfectly eatable. Food should never be wasted.
WOMEN 💀
The cooking plate is not hot enough in the outer regions. So the outer edges are not crisp. So they cut off the soggy ends. Not necessary for most desis.
Probably the potato masala is not spread at those places of the dosa and hence cut off ?!
@@arlrmr7607 - True. By the time she starts eating the dosa it looks soggy and cold. It must be eaten when it is hot.
I was horrified when the Chef did that! Perfectly good dosa wasted!
I wouldn't accept my dosa with the ends cut off!
I was horrified when the Chef did that! Perfectly good dosa wasted!
Indian foods so yummy 😋😋 and culture so ossam 👍👍 God bless you all 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Namaste from Indians 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Did he really chop off the sides of a Dosa 😭
An offense not excusable by any measure.
Very nice and tasty foods at one place. Thank you for sharing your happy place. Keep it continue. 💕💞💕
im amazed how you picked the chickpeas with the bhatura (that large crispy deep fried bread) that is the traditional combination here - Chole bhatura! all of this looks yum!
11:00 Chef literally bought that kadai (Cauldron) from indian street food vendor 😂😂😂
malai chicken my fav too.. it's the best.. with little burnt flavour. I do love this tandoori flames .. one of best in Greater Vancouver..
The best part i like about your video is how you express the taste you feel and yes the Indian song how beautiful they are.
Jessica that wasn’t pakora or Patora that was bhatura , amazing video .. keep up the Same explore more food around the city.. cheese remain same as we call it paneer but you can change the flavours with curry. Just an advice Next time you go for Indian buffet eat one by one from the counter so it won’t get stone cold on the table. Love to see you eating food by hands and using fingers.. Indian food supposed to eaten by hands. So cool
..Eat with your fingers/ hands. But Indians use all the fingers of one hand only. Thee pinky does not stick out- all the fingers help to keep the food from falling/ dripping
@@pallavijayeshmody6524 Nature created humans with Hands and fingers.... So why use human created spoons.... Especially Indian food which has multiple spices in almost all dishes....
This is sooo good ... can eat all day every day....
Just amazing food, I hope you enjoyed, thanks for the beautiful video, blessings
I love the calm environment of the western country. Everyone is so busy with their own business, no unwanted staring.
So yummy 😋😋😋
And such a amazing song 😀😀❤️❤️❤️🇮🇳
More videos to Indian food 😀🐳🌮🥘🥘🥘
You were spot on with the chickpea and that fried bread combo. It is actually how we eat in India. That combination dsh is called Chole Bhatura. Chole is chickpea and Bhatura is that fried flat bread.
Your pronunciation is perfect, dear. I am so glad an an Indian that you love our cuisine.
Thank you :)
awesome vlog 🙌🤩 really enjoyed it... and wow watching live the sugarcane being squeezed into juice... I think I'm blessed as I see it very oftently and even did it myself. that's why it's Incredible India🇮🇳❤
We love your child like enthusiasm
Best wishes from Mysore
India
Your enthusiasm is contagious
Amazed that how is she holding those two plates in one hand so chilled with those items.😦
Wonderful to see you enjoying Indian food, the best food in the world
Dosa is eaten with Sambhar and coconut chutney. Vada & Idly are also eaten with Sambhar & chutney. Bhatura is eaten with chick peas with little tamarind sauce mixed to it & carrot/mango pickle.
Love watching your videos ❤️
Keep choosing Indian food I love the way u enjoy it good luck 🍀
Mouth watering Indian food. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful explanation meaningful and trusting you and Indian food too testy thanks for the video madam
Your videos show good food being prepared and you can almost smell the deliciousness! Drooling..
Some constructive suggestions:
1. Foods like dosa, bhatura, etc. are to be savored straight from the pan. From what I saw, you wandered around with your dosa and bhatura for a long time, picking up the starters and watching naan being prepared before heading to the table. You'd enjoy them much more if you ate them straight off the pan or 'hot-hot' like we Indians like to say. 😀
2. Please don't use these somewhat obscure songs (perhaps they're not copyright protected?). Instead you could use instrumental music for the background.
3. You understandably tend to forget the names of the dishes, so suggest keeping a menu or reference nearby so that you don't confuse them while naming them later...
Okay!! Gordon Ramsay.
@@joshua6053 Even if you're being sarcastic, please not Gordon Ramsay! 😀 I've seen him use tinned tomatoes for his dishes.... even Indian dishes.
What's wrong in promoting an Obscure song? New comers should not be promoted?
@@enasnirercos7626 But the song was painful, like promoting torture
@@vishwajitsiinghverma The song was good and not promoting torture, it was soothing to my ears. Next time, mute the video and watch it.
Wow that is interesting I never hear that song in my entire life 🤣 and I am 26 and I am live in India
I also only heard it in vlogs. 🤣
Me to
Beautiful song with music. After seeing indian food, I can make more good food at my home. Sometimes I feel I shd open indian hotel in USA to show our good food making ability.
If one doesn't know how to eat with your hands then any food becomes messy while eating. But Indian food is made in such a way that if you know the correct way of eating with your hands, that also just one hand then it is not messy at all.
This comes From years of practice which Indians learn From their childhood
That special type of cheese is actually cottage cheese
And the green colour curry is made of spinach and cottage cheese
I loved ur videos..❤
22:22 She unknowingly added chole to the bhatura.
Girl that is the ultimate combo "Chole Bhature" 😘
chole means chickpea gravy
Nice video. Thanks for sharing 👍 Food served is mouthwatering
THIS IS BEST COUNTRY 🇮🇳 🤫🔱🕉️
Cutting that end part of Dosa.., I`m not buying it.😑
The staff is eating it. Don't fret 😅
Very nice. Good to see you trying Indian food.
Mam and sir because of u and we also injoying these expensive place nice way to explain
Can't believe, American like Indian food. These are popular dishes, but u can also try traditional lost indian recipes once u visit India.
India food are always great 🧡
enjoyed you eating and describing Indian food 😊
The music tho 🤣🤣 heartbreaking song 😢😂
Dosa cravings can be pretty intense compared to other Indian foods.
Awesome super i love my india 🇮🇳
Omg!!!! In my 32yrs of Indian life I have never ever heard that song! ( And I praise the lord for that)
I just love to watch that equipements they are using ♥️♥️
Dosa should be dipped into coconut chutney or onion chutney or sambar and not into curries, that was a food sin no.1 And datura (big puffy bread) is eating with channa masala (chickpea curry)
Hey in south of india we eat dosa with curries , it’s common
That cheese is called ' cootage cheese' and India its called ' paneer'
Woooow what a songgggggg I love it.
The best vlog love from India 🇮🇳❤️🙏
Honestly, you can lose the background song.
What's wrong in the song?
@@enasnirercos7626 it's very very very very old and a bit racist. Anything else?
I feel bad about the cameraman 😂😂😂 he couldn't enjoy his food when it's hot
It's important to have North Indian food while hot

I bumped into accidentally only to unleash this Hindi song which is too 😂 😂 Its’ like going to a feast but dressing like the mayyat (funeral);
*Hatya ho gayi aaj Indian music ki* 😅
What was wrong in that song? It sounded good to my ears. Which Hindi song according to you is good?
She's enchanting. A very rare quality these days.
You know it's a good thing when vloggers from around the world comes to this subcontinent. But it is also frustrating that they use some unique never been heard Indian music on the background. Even if they visit other country except India.
No copyright...
im sure you hear this 10047 times a day but your eyes are unreal
Great 👏, You should try once. 🔂
but make sure your have money 💵 to eat daily bcz after eating once, Your mouth will go for daily indian food 😁

Why do they cut off the end of the dosa??! That's the best crispy part!
I was horrified when the Chef did that! Perfectly good dosa wasted!
Wow! The background music set the tone of the video. ❤️❤️
Wooow love indian food thanks for sharing...Beautiful video Big thumbs up for you dear👍🏻❤ godbless you 🙏 make more Videos 🙌🏻
Thank you so much 👍
The green curry sauce you tried at first with the dosa called palak paneer is actually spinach. Lol, it's a popular one. Palak Paneer literally means Spinach with cottage cheese. And please for heaven's sake don't combine the breads with the rice.
the song throws off the whole vibe at 1:00 min 🤣 its a song about heart break and ur showing food 🤣🤣 please put normal music no need to Indianise the music coz we Indians are comfortable with western music too. 🥶
I'm grateful to be born in India, we never get bored of our real traditional cuisine, also i am someone who eats less junk food but more of such regional dishes, if i want to try new i eat idli dosa other south Indian dishes, and north India food list is big too from Paneer in everything to different stuffed paranthas, curry, chutneys, pickles. Also our north east have enough menu ranging from maximum non-veg and veg. I love north eastern food too like momos, thukpa, different chutneys and achaar. Traditional lentils and curry, also dried cheese which they prepare traditional and the sauerkraut n other fermented food, although i am picky in fermented food section though. I'm grateful to be born in India.
Totally agree with your sentiments Richa, I love trying food from all corners of India. Each area has its own unique flavor, being from North....Delhi to be exact, currently living in North America, our food was heavily influenced by Mughlai dishes. However there are 2 dishes that use to be peasant food, Daal and Sarson ka saag, has gone mainstream and become national dishes of the North....anyway have a great day...
Namaste mam,🙏
Thanks to Explore Indian food .
I am shocked 😱... Have you eaten all this in one time..by the way I m vegetarian...after watching all this i said to my mom to make dosa .. She said " Eat what you left in lunch 🍝🥗🍱 " ... Jo rakha hai vo khao... Jyada jaban na chale 😞🤣🤣...
For the love of God someone has surely scammed you with the background music. I am sure even my dead grand pa most likely has never heard of it.🤣🤣🤣
Exactly
Frankly speaking there are many and varieties of Indian foods which are tasty and you will enjoy it. Go girl enjoy it and thanks for the video. Hope and wish all food lovers will enjoy watching your video and subcribe it just for your wonderful voice and presentation.
Thank you
Yam yam you make me hungry I will have to look for an Indian restaurant near-by
Cheers
Your voice is way more sweet than any bengali sweets

Dosa is with Sambhar generally. Cudnt see that.
Bhatura is eaten with chana masala
U eat starters first than go for gravy items paired with either naan or rice or both.
Wow - we have a Tandoori Flame in my city in Ontario Canada, but it’s not anything close to this one! This one is HUGE and clean and amazingly decorated.
Great food too of course! Even for vegetarians there’s lots of choice.
@Alfonso and Jessica What is the best way to get to these restaurants from Pacific Central station? Do you take UBER or walk/subway? Rent a car?
You served palak paneer but took only the spinach gravy and no paneer. I was amused 😂
