ive just gotten one of these but cant figure out how to upgrade the ssd to an nvme. when i put the nvme in correct slot it wont detect the ssd that came with it as a boot drive in the ngff only slot.
Try with some BIOS settings - and if it still doesn't work, ask their support for assistance
did yours have the malicious backdoor installed in the LED and LCD software?
I got a notification about it, then flashed a new image just in case and it didn't have it anymore
@@TechMishka I just bought one on new egg this week and it came infected. installing Linux anyways but I'm going to reach out to Newegg to make them aware of the issue. it was sold by acemagic
I don't see any option for VESA mounting. I understand they want it to look cool and the LCD screen is really not meant for a mounted scenario, but still...I don't understand this choice.
This is a good point. You can take advantage of the magnets there. Officially not possible though. I should have listed it in the drawbacks, thanks for adding it.

I bought one but can't see anything on the front display except "Acemagic." How do I get core temp, fan speed, CPU load, etc.?
There is an app that should be on the desktop and controls the display.

It is the receiver for a keyboard. Check Melgeekcs website - it is called Mojo84

My parents tower just recently bit the dust they asked me to pick one out for them 🥺. They mainly get on Facebook check emails and watch CZcams. Do you think this would be a good one for them? And do you think it'll last?
It will be a good one. And it should last well - these MiniPCs are usually quite durable.

Might have been marked as a trojan. Send an email to their support - they will send you a renewed version of Windows with the tool fixed.
Does work info panel display with LinuxOS?

i've used this pc for about 3 months now it was ok, but recently my wifi been super super slow on this pc alone, other devices are still perfectly fine. Do you know what causing the problem? can you please help? I've tried so many things buy non help.
Is the LAN connection as slow? You can try checking the settings - and prioritize 5Ghz as opposed to 2.4
@@TechMishka the lan connection is fast, and I've tried to connect to other network using wifi and it was still super slow like 1-3 mbps.
@@TechMishka i just did a factory reset and now my wifi drivers is missing... I really need help getting back the driver now 😭😭 I've tried to install the driver but it gave me connection error : 0
is this wifi 6 and bt 5.2? I saw that wifi 5 and bt 4.2..... which is right??

For the one I purchased, the units with the 512GB SSD had WiFi 5 & BT 4.2, while the ones with the 1TB SSD had WiFi 6 & BT 5.2.
