Once I marveled at the colors,
every shade and hue,
Every story told was precious,
every voice seemed so new.
The world was full of wonders,
each soul a work of art,
I cherished every difference,
held each story to my heart.
But I'm worn out from the noise,
there's always an uproar,
Everyone clamors to be heard,
everybody wanting more.
Where are all the simple joys,
the harmonies we shared?
Lost in our own dumb opinions,
Why does anybody care?
I still believe in justice
in the fight for equal ground,
But now it seems like there's no end,
that peace cannot be found.
It's not that I don't care,
it's not that I can't see,
But the needless conflicts that divide us,
are wearing down on me.
Now I'm worn out from the noise,

in the beauty of this world.
But humanity makes me wonder if
The Bomb should just get hurled.
